Mollie Magazine - Craft Ideas Reviews

Unfortunately, I have had nothing but problems with this application. I was so excited to get my first issue of Mollie Makes and I have only been able to view it twice. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling MollieMagazine , hard resets of my phone and nothing (these were some of the suggestions on their Q/A page) Also, a major downside to the application is you can only view it in their application, you can’t export it to any other viewing application like iBooks or PDF Expert. So I tried to get in contact with someone for a refund. This has proved challenging since apparently the application is being supported by a different company (Immediate Media) and is not the company I purchased the application from which is apparently another company which is not Mollie Makes either and so I need to go directly through MollieMagazine Store to find a way to get a refund. !!!💩!!!

I purchased around 20 back issues and since the new app update I am only able to view a few of the back issues. After messaging customer service they have not contacted me. I also messaged iTunes with all of the order numbers from my previous purchases and was told to contact MollieMagazine and leave a review. As far as I am concerned all Mollie Makes is money from selling content you can not access. Since my print subscription just expired after several years I will no longer be supporting this company.

Really disappointed!!!! Specially that I need to share my information with I do not know who. I really love the magazine but I totally disagree to share my information. When you said MollieMagazine is getting better I was really excited, specially the patterns. Any way If this is something that I have to do, I do not agree to do I just t want to see my magazine.

MollieMagazine works on my mini iPad but it consumes memory. It is easy to print off projects and patterns as needed

I love my magazine and look forward to getting it every month. There are always excellent, and exciting articles and patterns.

Mollie Makes is a favorite read and reference. I’m always inspired by the projects. Instructions and templates are helpful.

Paid for a magazine to get one pattern and now halfway through making something its locked me out and saying I never bought something. Sort of nonsense that makes you hate the digital age.

MollieMagazine was great but now it won’t let me download the most recent issue. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, but I keep getting the same error message. Disappointing.

I really like MollieMagazine I can read the magazines on my phone and my iPad. I do miss the little projects I got when I bought the magazine but I don't think the price I paid for the hard copy was worth the little kits. MollieMagazine is great I recommend it to anyone and everyone I know. Plus it's not just Mollie Makes, I have bought issues of Felt magazine and a few others there are a lot of them in MollieMagazine .

I went to read my purchase and it won’t load!

Tried a trial subscription and keeps crashing on my iPhone 5s.

This is a wonderful magazine. However, all of the special editions that are available for purchase disappears from all of my Pocketmag apps. I have quite a few, so this was quite devastating. I have made repeated requests for help, but get no answers, just the same information that is on the support site, such as to update to the new app (did that the day they were released) restore purchases (did that first), Sync (did that next, the tried restore again). After doing all of that to no avail I then started emailing support and am getting no help at all. Be warned and be sure you're cord every single purchase and keep up with which issues you have purchased because I have also lost access to some of my precious prescription purchases.
If someone will actually take me seriously and help me, I will remove this review and rating

From the moment my monthly subscription to Mollie Makes charged me $150 for a month, I knew this was going to be a mess. This new app is buggy, crashes constantly when I'm trying to download my magazines, and sometimes doesn't show all of my back issues as being owned (but sometimes it does...). The old app was much more reliable, and I'm keeping it for as long as I can; I'll catch up on my back issues there.

It also looks like there isn't a monthly subscription option anymore, just a 3 month or yearly option. That's ok. I think I might be done with this magazine if this is how it's going to treat its digital subscribers.

Absolutely love MollieMagazine. I was having a hard time finding Mollie Makes in any of my local stores so I was so happy to find MollieMagazine . It loads quickly and is just full of ideas and tips. A true "must have" for crafters of any level!

When they switched from Crochet Today! to Mollie Makes I lost all my purchases. I entered the long, over a year, back and forth email with them about getting them back. They'd lose my emails despite having ref #, repeat themselves, ect. After a year+ I told them "hey if I can't get my purchases can I at least get a refund?" They then told me since I made my purchases via iTunes to contact them instead. NOTHING was solved other than to tell me over a year later that it's iTunes problem and get them to handle it. I get no refunds or my purchases back (which is what I really wanted) since they claim it's all on iTunes.

Love the magazine and ideas in it; only problem is MollieMagazine takes forever to open

MollieMagazine is very slow to load, but that could be my device. Very easy to use MollieMagazine to view the magazines.

As a US reader, I've always loved Mollie Makes, but never liked the high price. This is such a cheaper and easier way to read it. App works great.

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst company I have EVER had to deal with. With the original transition from crochet today all my digital downloads were deleted! Wtheck! I paid for those. After numerous emails to the company they still tell me that thy cannot help me! Now with the newest transition to a standalone app I was charged for a subscription that I didn't even have! So fed up!

The magazine is wonderful, and MollieMagazine allows me to find specific back issues I couldn’t find elsewhere. Love that! MollieMagazine is a bit glitchy at times, but mostly pretty darn awesome. Totally worth a download.
