I can receive messages from my fiance who is an inmate at Beaver County Jail but when I try to send a message it doesn't show pending or anything it automatically says message sending failed in red and he made sure I wasn't blocked for anything like that

When he calls me.. it don’t ring. It just sends a notification that is a very lite beep. Barely noticeable. What don’t It ring instead like a call is supposed to.

Haven't been able to use the absence July getting very frustrated

I cannot make a deposit and I can’t talk to my husband cuz of that, this is my second day going thru this issue and costumer service is a shit

I've been trying to login to website to send a message and it states that the page has been moved or no longer exists.

You say you provide reliable communication for people but my husband hasn't been able to even get into his account (in prison) for the last 24 hours and I keep getting errors on my app...for the amount of money people spend on this supposed reliable app you should at least be making sure its working for both inmates and their family on the outside!

Can't see inmate message. And can't see past messages that were part of conversation. I've reinstalled numerous times and rebooted phone. App is not working and need someone to fix this asap.

still having problems with the app not working properly. won't let me send or receive messages to my love one when needed. the app wont stop buffering or freezing. tried uninstalling and re downloading and still nothing works right.

It has been loading/buffering since yesterday night. The app keeps refreshing and at times it states I have no contacts on there. Some of my pictures are delayed in sending and messages that are supposedly sent do not show up. I am still being charged for the message. It will then show up the NEXT day. I had to make an entire new account because it wouldn't send the link to reset my password.

App has been buffering since Monday morning. Is there a problem? I know it's not on my end I have done everything to be sure. I have read customer service will not help so how do I get am answer to issue? Can anyone help?

I have been trying to add funds for days. I am in Ontario Canada and my fiancee is in North Carolina. I spent over 8 hours phoning and being put on hold yesterday. You customer service is useless. Litteraly full of clueless idiots. You have taken away the option to add a Province or postal code to finish adding a payment. It is 2022 and a monkey could program and run this site better. This is sad and pathetic. Everything your top notch staff told me to hasn't worked. One even told me to use a fake account in the USA to make my payment go through. Guess what? That didn't work either. This is my life line to my man. I am going to the BBB and reporting this company. Not to mention all the funds that go missing from my account for messages you don't put through. This company should be ashamed of how they treat people.

The app opens but messages won't download. Keep getting an error saying unavailable at this time. App doesn't need an update.

I cannot deposit funds, the screen comes up bur then another on top of it saying error, this has been happening for quite a while, soon I will not be able to message my friend as I'll have to funds. Any help please

I have had a GTL account for several years. I’m trying to get set up on Getting Out but the phone number it wants me to confirm is an old number I no longer have. My new number is on my account how do I get that number to confirm my account

I'm able to video visit.it says there is a web socket error. It has not worked from the very start &ha e $ on the account that I can't use.

Can't get into GTL visit me for Camden County. It says The server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request.
