GettingOut Status

Hello. After the Getting out 3.2 update that kept popping up on my screen, it is now saying that the getting out messaging app is not available in my region/country which is Illinois USA. I need to stay in contact with my family member, can this issue be resolved?

The update isn’t updating and now I’m unable to log in and read and send texts

It will not let me on the app, it says I need to update it and it has already been updated.

It says new version to download. Can’t get in it and can’t download! Keeps repeating

It says it needs an update - update was installed - I open the app snd then it says again I need to update - snd gies from screen to screen and I cannot open the app.

Our son, at Chuckawalla, reports that sometime in the past 48 hours his old GettingOut messages have been "rearranged". All of the messages are now in reverse chronological order. And, his outgoing messages are no longer merged with our messages to him. When he wants to refer to a recent message, he has to scroll back through dozens and dozens of old messages. Is there anything he can do to correct this or can GTL correct the problem?

BS A$$ app. I open it up just get the buffering spinning wheel for days. Y’all quick to take that money and slow to approve pics though.

I have the same problem others have reported. After typing in perhaps 40 characters of a text message, the screen freezes completely or else takes a long time to show the typed letters. I compensate by sending multiple short messages.

Started last night can’t get on to app it just spins I restarted my phone many times please help!

When I'm trying to send a message it let's me write a few sentences then it starts freezing up forcing me to close app. If I choose wait for app it just crashes. Eiither way i lose my messages everytime. This just started almost a week ago.

i want to make a deposit. and i follow the process. choose the amount and then i click the next but it is not working. and pop up the error message.

The app on both ends is not working...was working fine but now contacts and messages do not load

I have been trying to put money on an inmates commissary for 2 days and the system is stuck on the quick deposit screen. This is getting very frustrating for both of us. This app needs some updating or reworked!!

Every time I'm on a video visit the screen will freeze unless I'm touching my screen the entire visit and sometimes touching the screen doesn't work either.

App is frozen and has , been buffering since this morning. Won't let me log out or do anything. Haven't been able to communicate with my daughter for 5 days now cause she can't get on her tablet and hasn't seen the messages I've been sending when my app was supposedly working. Same thing happened with other family member at a different Jail here in Maricopa County. Somebody is making to much money for an App that's infested with problems and doesn't work correctly or as advertised...

Everytime I try to send message it says sending message failed why is that how can I fix it I have 25cent on there

im unable to keep in contact with my luv one because everytime it ask me to verify my account and once completed i go to send the message and it asks me to re verify again constantly sending me in a loop for the past 4 months. Ive contacted customer support on numerous occasions and they have been no help

Every time I go to send a message it says sending message failure and I have .25cents on there it’s been like this for a week.

I cannot get my photo ID to load. It says it verified then when I go to send a message it says not verified and has me retake photos. I'm in a constant loop

Can't deposit money and every time I try to send a message it says failed to send my inmate made sure I wasn't blocked how can I fix this issue

Message not sent. And balance is incorrect. Deposit shows 40 + 25 = $65 deposited since August. Balance on text says .05¢
