This would be a really excellent app, if it worked consistently. I have, in the past, periodically had problems with it not tracking my time. I would start a timer, and went I went back to it later it would still be going, but then if I checked on it again, the entry was nonexistent. I liked the app enough to put up with it happening once in a while. It was only once every few weeks or so. A few weeks ago it started happening a lot, and the last day I used it, I had to restart my timer four times. I sent an email to the creator, but haven’t heard back from them, and there has been no update. I found another app I can use, but I have not been able to find any I like as much as this one when it works. Please fix it! I miss this app! If they update it, and I can start using it reliably again, I will update my review, but tracking my time for work right now is complicated, and I don’t have time to put it on paper and then enter it manually later.

I’ve been using it for 3 months. It does fine keeping track of your time but don’t expect it to be great at invoicing and tracking payments because it’s clunky at best. I made a bad assumption that I could invoice with this app but it’s very frustrating in that area. It also doesn’t handle states and zip codes correctly and if a field is left blank it will in some cases put “null” on the invoices you send :-| Finally, if you have two devices and are backing up to DropBox, restoring on the second device isn’t working correctly. Every time I end a work day I backup. So Dropbox has a bunch of backup files. The second device doesn’t automatically restore the latest data backup. I want to love this app but there’s a good bit of usage friction for anything beyond just tracking time. And yes, I realize the name of the app is TimeTrack! :-) Here’s hoping for great future updates.

I love this app overall and I purchased the upgrade, or at least I tried. Now I’m also subscribed to some monthly thing which I am trying to cancel. But I couldn’t remember my password to the cloud that I apparently subscribed to. And so I reset and it didn’t work. So I tried to reset it again and the website wouldn’t let me. I just want to cancel whatever subscription I accidentally signed up for. But it’s not via Apple. Very frustrating.
