Inefficient

Monthly version updates don’t even fix the problems that have been brought up in consumer reviews for YEARS. The concept and ease of navigation is good when the app actually wants to work. Constantly getting logged out, wasting half of a full 8 hour work day sitting on the spinning wheel of death screen, sync errors and app crashes when WiFi/Cellular signals are there and strong. The app just needs revamped or something.

Look it’s a great app! It does amazing things for myself and my company! However!! If you are a mobile user of onesite, it is very clunky!! Like driving a car with square wheels!!! Always syncing! always kicking me out! No real flow, which causes me to waste time I don’t have at work to deal with, and adds to stress and frustration!! If this app did everything smooth and quickly I could perform at work more efficiently and enjoy it.
Works but doesn’t

Can log in try to sync shows no information. That only after uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times. Try to sync over WiFi then it says to contact support yet when you attempt to says page can’t be found. So no links to identify the issue. This is supposed to support maintenance teams yet you can’t troubleshoot issues with the app. Kinda counterproductive.
