Not What I Expected
I thought I'd be able to order and pay ahead of time to skip the insanely long lines. This app is pointless.

Add to Apple Wallet not working
One of the core functions of the app, adding the rewards QR code to your Apple Wallet, is not working. It is extremely frustrating that a major part of the App is resulting in an Error. Please help or fix! I’ve restarted my phone and the app, still not working.

Disappointing
You cannot place orders online with this app. You have to put money into the app. I placed the shake smart card in my apple wallet and it did not work. I had to open the app to finally get it to work. So what's the point?
