ShakeSmart makes it so easy to order and pay! I can scope out the menu ahead of time on my phone so I can read all the descriptions of all the products. When I'm ready to order and pay, I don't have to bother taking out my wallet or credit cards-I just scan my phone! I didn't have any trouble syncing my credit card and I haven't had any trouble with it since. It's the easiest and fastest way to pay and I'm racking up loyalty points! #holla

You cannot place orders online with ShakeSmart. You have to put money into ShakeSmart . I placed the shake smart card in my apple wallet and it did not work. I had to open ShakeSmart to finally get it to work. So what's the point?

I thought I'd be able to order and pay ahead of time to skip the insanely long lines. ShakeSmart is pointless.

I downloaded ShakeSmart and headed to the Aztec Market location (without my purse) since I could now link a card and pay.
Imagine my disappointment when they told me that I could not pay with ShakeSmart . It would be REALLY helpful to specify which locations will NOT accept this feature.

One of the core functions of ShakeSmart , adding the rewards QR code to your Apple Wallet, is not working. It is extremely frustrating that a major part of ShakeSmart is resulting in an Error. Please help or fix! I’ve restarted my phone and ShakeSmart , still not working.
