This is the latest problem with my Mom's grandpad. The mic is not working; no one can hear me when I call; it seems to be muted. So far the tech has not been able to figure out the problem.

Had so many issues with it, between keeping the Wifi and Tower service connection issues, dropped calls and/or service while in use, and then recall something like a slow function before the screen went black. Also, recall it T'was under warranty, and wsarranty company was contacted with Consumer Cellar's help with policy, was told to take it to a repair store..., rather than a replacement. So the warranty was not as I understood, as replacement when or if it failed. So it's in the closet, in it's box, until there's a better new and improved one.

My mother’s GrandPad has black screen, won’t turn on. It has been charging for many hours, so it should be charged. She is in a different state than I am, so I’m hoping to get some troubleshooting ideas that I can explain to her over the phone. Any hep is appreciated!

The video freezes so talking with family members just to have the video continue to freeze is not very pleasant. This is such a disappointment. This is the second Grandpad and it still doesn't work!!
