GrandPad Status

when i call someone from my grandpad, i can hear them but they cant hear me. tried reset, no luck any suggestions? thx

This is the latest problem with my Mom's grandpad. The mic is not working; no one can hear me when I call; it seems to be muted. So far the tech has not been able to figure out the problem.

Had so many issues with it, between keeping the Wifi and Tower service connection issues, dropped calls and/or service while in use, and then recall something like a slow function before the screen went black. Also, recall it T'was under warranty, and wsarranty company was contacted with Consumer Cellar's help with policy, was told to take it to a repair store..., rather than a replacement. So the warranty was not as I understood, as replacement when or if it failed. So it's in the closet, in it's box, until there's a better new and improved one.

I have the app on my Samsung phone. Yesterday it quit showing the pictures, on the messages.

My mothers grand pad has black screen but it is charged. How do I fix this

My mother’s GrandPad has black screen, won’t turn on. It has been charging for many hours, so it should be charged. She is in a different state than I am, so I’m hoping to get some troubleshooting ideas that I can explain to her over the phone. Any hep is appreciated!

My aunt grandpad seems to be frozen she says it is stuck in the keyboard mode she can't get past that she shut it down then turn on again still stuck

Having trouble getting the grandpad to keep a charge, not charging properly in cradle

The video freezes so talking with family members just to have the video continue to freeze is not very pleasant. This is such a disappointment. This is the second Grandpad and it still doesn't work!!

My mother's Grandpad will not connect to family using the app. The app says connection issues. This is very frustrating!

My mother can get emails from me ( I am the moderator of her account) but she can no longer send out emails for some reason. I don't know how to help her. Can you help me find a way to troubleshoot this?

Can't uoad videos to my mother's grandpad. This is a new problem in recent weeks, no difficulty in the past.

Pad has a icon that looks like a charger with a " I" in it. Came on once for a few minutes and then off again.
