I have a problem with Dragon Con

User reports:
No current problems

- Updates are not provided far enough in advance.

- The app crashes frequently and is unreliable.

- Occasionally freezes for several seconds at a time.

- Task switching to the app results in several seconds of non-functionality.

- Deleting and reinstalling the app results in the loss of all data, including schedules.

- Multiple instances of the user may appear in friend's contact lists.

The app keeps crashing. It won't even open.

To resolve Dragon Con network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Dragon Con App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dragon Con » click [Force Stop]

Clear Dragon Con App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dragon Con » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dragon Con.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dragon Con » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dragon Con » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dragon Con
