Deposits not going through

I have been using this app for a long time and know all the steps and procedures very well. I am also very careful about doing the steps correctly. However, recently two of my checks were not deposited. One for $1200 that was needed to cover a mortgage payment. First Financial is saying that it never went through and I know for a fact that I went through all the steps correctly and that I submitted the check for 1200. The second one for $293 was not deposited because of an “unclear” image. I do not live near my bank so rely on this app for important deposits. Very disappointed
Keeps saying update…

I have been using this app since they offered it. Updated as needed. Today I go to open app and it says “update now”. I click on it…opens App Store. Once in App Store it says open (there is no update). Click open and just keeps repeating. Very frustrating. Not sure what the problem is.

Can’t use app due to it saying it needs and update but it only takes you to the App Store with no “update” available so app is officially useless
