I have been using FirstFinancialFCU for a long time and know all the steps and procedures very well. I am also very careful about doing the steps correctly. However, recently two of my checks were not deposited. One for $1200 that was needed to cover a mortgage payment. First Financial is saying that it never went through and I know for a fact that I went through all the steps correctly and that I submitted the check for 1200. The second one for $293 was not deposited because of an “unclear” image. I do not live near my bank so rely on FirstFinancialFCU for important deposits. Very disappointed
I have been using FirstFinancialFCU since they offered it. Updated as needed. Today I go to open app and it says “update now”. I click on it…opens App Store. Once in App Store it says open (there is no update). Click open and just keeps repeating. Very frustrating. Not sure what the problem is.
Can’t use app due to it saying it needs and update but it only takes you to FirstFinancialFCU Store with no “update” available so app is officially useless
I am missing seeing payments I’ve made in the last few months.. not liking this new layout
just got a debit card, tried to make an account and when i finish signup it just says it couldn’t make an account
After confirming my identity, it says system error. Broken, useless. Seems this bank, both mobile and web, cheaps out on the software-it's all a joke. I NEED Mobile and online banking. I'm going back to wells after a month and a half with this bank-so fed up.
Keeps asking security questions, but none of them make sense. I would have never selected those questions because they don't even have an answer. Use the official site because this is just a waste of space.

I open my app to see it say it has to update, so I press update now, it brings me to the appstore and it only tells me to open? What???
App Store shows latest version is loaded and can not get into app now just an error that the version I have is old. No response from bank help center
Not a bad first release. Has all of the things you may need for a quick transaction. And checking on your accounts.
Only one suggestion I hope they fix. Is Locations, it shows you locations of First Financial "partners".. but it does not give the names if What I assume others in network (Partners) it just gives town and address. It would be more convenient to give actual names. Thanks
