FamilyWall for Sprint Reviews

Only downloaded FamilyWall a few days ago. Thought this would be a great way to communicate with the kids now that they are out of the house. So far I have noticed there is no notifications of new comments and I shared my location with my family and I confirmed the address I shared was correct and the address it shared with the family was not the address where I was. Thought this could be a great way around Xmas time or any other day to share our locations Incase of an emergency but now I see the address isn’t even accurate. How is the family supposed to know I added a comment to our wall if they are not notified. We all get busy including me so unless I get a notification I won’t know to look. Please fix this issue and FamilyWall could be great.

Since we have active kids with crazy schedules we thought FamilyWall would be awesome for our family of 6, and it was.....until it wasn't!! Events randomly get deleted, sometimes it syncs with my phone calendar, most days it doesn't. We used it with no issues for a couple months and then one day everything was gone!! I've contacted support and never heard back from them, so we're in the market for a good app that allows us to sync calendars and send messages!!

Like it, but it won’t send push notifications. My kids aren’t responsible enough to be expected to always check FamilyWall for news/changes, so without push notifications, the entire premise of FamilyWall is lost on my family.

My brother is now with Sprint, & invited me to join... this is a great way to share pictures with selected people instead of social media!!!

My favorite part of FamilyWall is that it helps me ease the kids into social media so we can teach them to use it responsibly

Love FamilyWall because we can do everything FB does without the safety and privacy concerns.

I can’t even invite someone to my circle. Whenever my friend tries to join through the text message invitation, it reverts to the same verification screen. She even made an account herself and neither of us can link up. 😕 Very disappointing!!

They need to move the buttons away from the top. It’s difficult to go back or select anything when the button is so close to the top of the screen since iOS issues this area for other general tasks.

FamilyWall can offer much better customer service, customer friendliness, and user friendly.
Another poor performance App designed by Sprint. It’s sad to say but I would recommend that people avoid until designer does some fine-tuning.

Some events disappear frequently. They are still on the web version and on my native iPhone calendar. Have to delete and reinstall. Only reason I have it is so my husband and I can coordinate.

My family and I love FamilyWall. It's almost like Facebook but super private. We add all our family events, doctors appts., reminders, and we love the privacy and being able to communicate on this platform.

Every time I try to open the calendar it exits FamilyWall to my Home Screen. I get that it’s a free app but if the features don’t work then it’s useless…

I already have a calendar ap. I thought this would be a great way to share my calendar, but FamilyWall only exports calendars. I can not find a way to import a calendar.

A hr later sprint still can’t get me in ridiculous

I am not a fan of social networking due to the many different people who hack and creep on your page. FamilyWall is a place for my family and I to share our moments, check in with our location, and converse with one another without the hassle of a public profile. This is an amazing app and I love the safety and security of being able to share with my family or just each individual person in the family. It helps me keep track of what is going on with my wife and kids through the calendar and allows me to be a part of things that I miss while away. I am in the military and, in my opinion, FamilyWall is better than any other social network site I have ever experienced. So many useful tools. Thank you for providing me a positive way to network with my family and friends.

FamilyWall is like "Family Facebook" crossed with a to do manager and calendar without all of the advertising. Our family LOVES FamilyWall. It is a clean, easy to use app, and we can post pictures and notes to each other. I can assign to-do's to my kids. We put everything into the shared calendar. Reminders. It is perfect for our family. Imagine an app written without trying to mine you for in-app purchases and it just wants to be really good. It is free, but I paid the $3/month for 10 GB storage, so this is now like our family photo bucket. We love it. Post pictures to the wall, notes, comment on pics, etc. And, you can have multiple walls!! One wall for immediate family, another for extended family, etc. We didn't have the setup problems the other reviewer had.

FamilyWall is great when it wants to be, but sometimes it does what it wants. I love the idea of everyone knowing each other's important events, tasks, and being able to send messages. Only problem I have is that sometimes the calendar doesn't show events people have posted, lists disappear, and others don't see messages. So everyone isn't on the same page like we need to be. This can cause some confusion...

FamilyWall has helped me easily share pictures and videos with my extended family in a private wall. Also love the lists and calendar to keep thing organized between my wife and I. Thanks for creating a safe place to share.

App seems to work ok except I don't receive notifications when my wife completes something but she does when I do.

The other annoying thing is shopping list is treated as a to do list where you get a notification each time something is checked off or added. That gets annoying. Please fix.

For all the stuff you want to share among family members who are apart without sharing it to the world: pics, inside jokes, events, etc. Secure and easy. Love the calendar with teenagers and jobs and activities

We have wanted an easy to use app to help keep track of family calendars, shopping lists and more and this does all of that and more. Our daughter is a new driver and the check-in feature lets her easily let us know she has arrived safely with a click. I can send shopping lists, remind family members of appointments and more all in one place. Great free app!
