Useless Apps and Very rude Customer Service

If last year, we can make sales out of ads from Dubizzle, this year I’ve been inactive and just on Facebook Marketing coz NO SALES on Dubizzle, once you post only annoying offers from users without contact details will message you. It’s only a waste of time to post ads and reply to messages. Plus they will suddenly delete your ads and block you for unjustifiable reason and even happily emailed you that you cannot reactivate. Even you didn’t do anything wrong you just post the as the posts of others. They are rude when it comes to customer service as if they rule the country but they don’t. It’s not a useful apps no plan to reactivate even they thought i want to. I only emailed to inquire why and to see how they will response with respect, professionally and with knowledge but their guy “Omar” was lazy to do so, unprofessional and lack of capacity to explain things well and specifically. Poor judgement on issues yet he is proud to be dumb. Thanks for last year it was good. But this year its useless, helpless apps. I found my job on linked in and i sold my items on facebook. Better not use dubizzle, only same users are there who post ads, no buyers thats why they only annoyed you with cheap offers on your ads. Lots of bogus buyers NO SALES, only headache and waste of time!

Great for the most part but like some overseas apps doing the same, I wish I had a visitor/hit counter to see how popular my ads are or if it I need to change it, in any way. The Make an Offer options should be selectable - some sellers don’t care much for low-ballers.
Updated May 2021: The paid tiers for certain categories just reeks of profiteering. What’s worse is, having an ad cancelled after making payment, or being taken to a page without any real confirmation the ad is being reviewed before it goes live by offering a Featured option with another payment layer.

It takes a while to load and logs out of my account randomly and I have to login again, which can be quite annoying. Also, I recommend having a rating/feedback so it's easier for the users to determine whether the person is a scammer or not. :)
Edit: Lowering my rating from 2 to 1. I used to enjoy this app so much but it just isn't the same anymore. My ads keep getting rejected for useless and random reasons that aren't even applicable to the ads I'm posting.
