How to fix dubizzle app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the dubizzle app on iPhone
Update dubizzle app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall dubizzle iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix dubizzle on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve dubizzle network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix dubizzle not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the dubizzle App
1. On android, goto Settings » dubizzle » click [Force Stop]

Update dubizzle to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear dubizzle App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » dubizzle » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart dubizzle.

Fix dubizzle unable to contact server/ dubizzle internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click dubizzle » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto dubizzle » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
