Doesn’t work properly
Coming to the point, the main problem I face is the spam of notifications... in 2 days it crosses 100 notifications and they don’t go even after you open the app unless you manually clear it. I understand that this also has utility but what is even more maddening is when you see news shorts you have specifically red flagged (I.e not interested in type of content ) the very least you can do is make the notifications releavent

Performance of the app is pretty bad
The news provided is great, but the performance of this app is horrible. App initialization takes a long time. On selecting a news notification, the app opens and within a few seconds it crashes. This happens pretty often and is so annoying! Either the testers are not doing a good job or the developers just don’t wanna fix the issues! I’ll see for a couple of weeks if the performance gets better, if not I’ll switch to some other news apps. And ofcourse I will ask all my friends and family to do the same too! Cuz they are facing the same issues too.

Primarily Indian news, not world news
The app should advertise as an Indian news app. If you are interested in reading predominantly news surrounding India, this app is perfect for you. But I was disappointed when I discovered users could not personalize their news feed, and therefore the percentage of world news articles was small. I downloaded it for its purpose: to deliver world news and information, in short form. But I hope in the future there's an option to choose news topics that are relevant to you.
