The policy and available car were great.
I booked an automatic car. Because of availability I had to travel 35kms to pickup location. They delivered a manual car. Which I declined.
The solution provided was to cancel the car and get full refund.
This is a good solution for the company but not for me.
My trip got cancelled.
My pickup was from airport and it was an important trip.
When all my docs and pics are throughly verified, why the vehicle was not verified properly?
I lost a lot of time and money.
Why there is no reserves or backup in case of emergency?
The customer care only provides the obvious solution of cancelling the trip and not trying to help the customer. Nor the executive neither the seniors could give a solution to cover their mistake.

for the mentioned order, I received a car which was full of scratch and accidents. The person dropping the car was owners driver and asked me not to report the scratches. Looking at the situation of the car, I decided not to take the car. Now I am trying for refund but there is no contact to get it smoothly. I have the pictures of the car.
