First you keep on sending notification to apply coupon code for first booking blah blah, then it doesn’t work when you apply.
- The help option is pathetic, as only your defined problems can be answered, if anything else I need to know, I can’t.
- No customer care number.
- there is no option to know more about Car feature you wanna hire.
- Car customisation option if needed to be discussed by owner is not possible.
In India there is real need of Good self driven car service provider, like Sixt.

The booking was paid and confirmed. I had tried to contact host multiple times via the app but in vain.
I tried reaching the Chatbot of Zoomcar as well regarding the right location of the vehicle and further details. But my requests fell into deaf ears.
I reached the location at the time of pick up, I found no vehicle available.
When I called in the provided number, I was told by the host that he had removed his car from the platform since a few weeks and had informed the Zoomcar team and deleted the app.
I was left stranded in the Airport in Chennai.
All of this was happening while I got notifications from the app that the vehicle was made ready and available for me and ready for check in.
This is an extremely infuriating experience for me and family with whom I had planned the entire trip. Still unable to reach customer care via email or even chatbot!

Help and support just bounces you off a small list of FAQs. There’s quite a few bugs.
Can’t access my account on app. Ergo, unable to cancel my reservation which I made on desktop/web. ZERO customer service access right now because of the chatbot which is useless. And money potentially wasted.
Zoomcar once upon a time was much easier to use.
