I don't get notified when it is time to change aligners. AND when i do change aligners, there is no response on the app when I try to indicate I have changed liners.

Hello, Your app is not writing on my iPhone. I even deleted it to see if that would help now I can’t log back into it.

How to fix Byte app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Byte app on iPhone
Update Byte app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Byte iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Byte on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Byte network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Byte Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Byte not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Byte App
1. On android, goto Settings » Byte » click [Force Stop]

Update Byte to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Byte App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Byte » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Byte.

Fix Byte unable to contact server/ Byte internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Byte » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Byte » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Byte
