Very useful app but crashes from time to time.
Excellent app for general qualitative estimates on real estate rental and purchase prices for Hong Kong and surrounding areas. Of course before you buy or sell significantly more due diligence is required but 千居SpaciousRentBuyProperty is excellent for window shopping due to its quite large base of available properties, financial analyses and vast and diverse neighborhoods. The only thing missing would be neighborhood crime statistics.
