So many bugs

I performed my system check a week before the exam and had a few issues but they were resolved by restarting my phone and reinstalling the app. On exam day the video would not transmit to my computer that I was taking the exam on and was frozen in the original picture I took during the systems check. The support advised me to “uninstall the app and restart my phone” which did not work. After about 40 minutes of troubleshooting the support advised me to begin the exam without a secondary device and contact my administrator. If I could give it zero starts I would, made a simple exam very stressful and time consuming.

I cannot understand why it’s necessary to take over both the user’s phone AND computer to take an exam, literally monitoring you like a criminal in your own home with no way to opt out.
Oh, and their privacy policy says that “third party solutions” may be used to “process selected data” “if your institution has consented”... whatever that means! Zero stars for this app, and zero stars for my institution for requiring it. #*€%#!!!
Very buggy, connected but not connected

Sometimes it would say it is connected on the phone but not on the pc. Additionally, the clutch disconnect feature in the last 5 min of exam is very annoying.
