I'm a new user. I connected EM from myiPhone to my laptop via my wireless network one time. EM then lost the connection to the laptop and I cannot re-establish it. I have rebooted the phone and the laptop. I have stopped and started the WiFi connection on both devices. What else might be the issue?

How to fix Evermusic app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Evermusic app on iPhone
Update Evermusic app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Evermusic iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Evermusic on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Evermusic network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Evermusic Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Evermusic not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Evermusic App
1. On android, goto Settings » Evermusic » click [Force Stop]

Update Evermusic to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Evermusic App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Evermusic » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Evermusic.

Fix Evermusic unable to contact server/ Evermusic internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Evermusic » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Evermusic » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
