Cbs NY WEATHER APP IS NOT WORKING

I had this weather app installed on my iPhone 5s but since you did a bug fix on feb 12th, the app no longer works. When I tap on the icon to open it, it closes. I looked for the app in the App Store but it is not listed, but your app for other cities, ( ie. Boston ) are listed. It only shows up when I do a search for the app. I e-mailed cbs local support for help, but got no response. I also deleted the app which apparently was saved on the iCloud, but it still would not open. Although I haven't installed iOS 8, I used a another phone that has iOS 8 but the app does not appear in the App Store on that phone either. Is it no longer available for New York weather???? I did like the app especially to look at the video for Lonnie Quinn's TV weather report, since I often miss seeing it on tv. So what's going on??????

Well, at least CBS is up front about it. If you don't give them access to your location and allow them to send you whatever they want to, you don't get to use the app. It would be nice if the goofballs in charge could figure out the difference between "Highly Recommended" and "Required."

Crashes all the time. The carousel is just plain dumb and is glitchy. Radar is not helpful since it doesn't let you track. Who's half baked idea was it to get this app?
