It keeps saying that I have in account but I don't have a air talk account
I applied for a phone on 3/7/2024 and received an email that I was approved and my phone would b shipped in 7-10 days. Then Today 3/8/2024 I received an email stating that my phone service was transfers and I will no longer b getting phone service. That can't b because I haven't even got the phone or have I ever used this company or service. I had a T-Mobile government phone in the state of Colorado but it was stolen from me in December of 2023. I'm not sure if the measage had n e thing to do with that but I would still like the air talk wireless phone and service. It would b pointless to receive a phone if it ain't gonna have service. Thank you.
