I recently signed up with your Company and received a new number 407-973-5195 with you however, when I signed up I requested to port my old number 407-451-0519 which was with TruConnect. Since that time I have made numerous contacts by phone email and chats only to be told that there was an error when they tried to transfer it. Today I contacted TruConnect again 1800-430-0443 and was told that the number was already transferred to you. I have yet to receive my old number. I am so very frustrated because of all the accounts, data etc that are associated with that number. Once again this is the info of my former Company: TruConnect Account # 25416637 and 2 different case number which they provided for their research : 02318250 and 02326297. Please help me I am frantic thank you.

I received your phone HD65 PLUS show SIM status emergency calls only and you didn’t give me Phone. Number, so that I can’t call Another Phone. This Phone have IMEI Number: 359525840190246. Please give me the Phone Number and set up NetWork for me please. I already sent to You 3 Messages in 2 Weak but You didn’t fix the problem for me. Thanh You Very Much
