I recently signed up with your Company and received a new number 407-973-5195 with you however, when I signed up I requested to port my old number 407-451-0519 which was with TruConnect. Since that time I have made numerous contacts by phone email and chats only to be told that there was an error when they tried to transfer it. Today I contacted TruConnect again 1800-430-0443 and was told that the number was already transferred to you. I have yet to receive my old number. I am so very frustrated because of all the accounts, data etc that are associated with that number. Once again this is the info of my former Company: TruConnect Account # 25416637 and 2 different case number which they provided for their research : 02318250 and 02326297. Please help me I am frantic thank you.

I received your phone HD65 PLUS show SIM status emergency calls only and you didn’t give me Phone. Number, so that I can’t call Another Phone. This Phone have IMEI Number: 359525840190246. Please give me the Phone Number and set up NetWork for me please. I already sent to You 3 Messages in 2 Weak but You didn’t fix the problem for me. Thanh You Very Much

How to fix AirTalk app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AirTalk app on iPhone
Update AirTalk app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AirTalk iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AirTalk on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AirTalk network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AirTalk Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AirTalk not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AirTalk App
1. On android, goto Settings » AirTalk » click [Force Stop]

Update AirTalk to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AirTalk App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AirTalk » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AirTalk.

Fix AirTalk unable to contact server/ AirTalk internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AirTalk » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AirTalk » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
