Subscriber for years. App update and ALL back issues and subscription gone. Went through the whole "email us and prove they you bought a subscription" crap (NEVER had the same for other magazine app changes), was told that my subscription was now reset, and still NOTHING. Repeated emails ignored, at least a five-day turnaround for any response, etc. asked for my money back.... Silence. Asked for my money back again..... Silence. Now they did the same with Prog, to which I also subscribe. Guess what, subscription vanished there too. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! I will even take iTunes credit. Buyer beware, these guys running the place are clueless on technology. And now they will blame ClassicRockMagazine Store . Guess what, I have been through multiple app changes for magazines and not one involved an email and "proof" of subscription, not one has been more than a single bump and a few minutes to fix. This has been 2 issues long, and still no fix from Classic Rock. Basically theft if you ask me. Was bad enough that digital subscribers did not get the music on the CR and Prog CDs that come with the paper version (how hard is it to give downloads?). Now they took the full subscription. Horrible experience, do not buy.
