How to fix Mobu app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mobu app on iPhone
Update Mobu app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mobu iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mobu on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mobu network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mobu Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mobu not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mobu App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mobu » click [Force Stop]

Update Mobu to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mobu App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mobu » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mobu.

Fix Mobu unable to contact server/ Mobu internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mobu » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mobu » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
