How to fix app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the app on iPhone
Update app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the App
1. On android, goto Settings » » click [Force Stop]

Update to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.

Fix unable to contact server/ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
