How to fix Libon app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Libon app on iPhone
Update Libon app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Libon iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Libon on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Libon network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Libon Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Libon not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Libon App
1. On android, goto Settings » Libon » click [Force Stop]

Update Libon to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Libon App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Libon » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Libon.

Fix Libon unable to contact server/ Libon internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Libon » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Libon » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Libon
