It suddenly keeps asking for health permission, which I believe has been granted. The tick box is ticked but doesn’t react. There is also a coloured dot which doesn’t do anything when ticked

How to fix Rem app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rem app on iPhone
Update Rem app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rem iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rem on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rem network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Rem Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Rem not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Rem App
1. On android, goto Settings » Rem » click [Force Stop]

Update Rem to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rem App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Rem » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Rem.

Fix Rem unable to contact server/ Rem internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Rem » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Rem » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rem
