Every day and sometimes more I get the following error code “You have been signed out (code{error code}) I have to reenter my password each time. Today, the error code happened twice. Please fix this! This should not be happening.

Some times I have to sign in twice a day a real pain. If this does not stop soon I will cancel and go back to OANN. I also need to change the email to my address.

You signed me out again! What really angers me is the email listed is wrong! When I change the email to correct it, why does it not change it ! So, I have to change the email log in, then put in the password! This takes some time, if I do not make a mistake and have to start over! The email is 21 characters! I see other people have the same problem as I do. You people apparently can not fix it! So, as fast as you sign people up, you are going to lose people because of this losey service! I plan on telling my wife NOT to sign up again if it is not fixed!!!

I signed up for Newsmax+. I have had streaming issues since. I get signed out continually. Fix this issue or give me my money back.

I dont know why I keep contacting you, I love your network but your streaming is terrible, got a notice to update my information and I was hacked by a outfit called just answer for almost $500, caught it in time and was out $46,00 , I have repeatedly called emailed you with no answer, I will not update your service till I hear from you personaly, you definately were not ready for streaming and should apologise on air for all the troubles you caused

i pay for roku and newmax plus i signed in but every week it signs me out and im tired of this i shouldnt have to sign in all the time i checked settings all is updated and did everything to reload app it still does it so im tired of this

On 11/03/2023 I signed up for Roku For Newsmax+ at the fee price of $49.99. On 11/13 /2023 I received a charge of $56.62 on my Visa account from Newsmax,Cleeng(a company I have never new about). I then called Visa to put a block on this company called Cleeng for they were about to charge me again . In the e-mail they said I needed to update my payment method on my Visa or I will lose streaming Newsmax+. Who the hell are these people for I tried to contact them but to no avail. I tried to login to my Newsmax account with my e-mail address and passwood and was not able to proceed. Stay far away from Cleeng for they are from the Netherlands and a fraud.

We have Xfinity/Comcast and watch Newsmax on channel 1115. Often record it to watch, yesterday 11/7/2023 we got the video and no audio on our Bedroom Roku TV, BUT on all the other channels we have sound and picture. On all the other TVs in the house we have no problem. Checked the TV and all settings correct. WHY on the ROKU do we no longer get sound for Newsmax and that TV is connected to a Comcast Box? Called ROKU and was directed to Newsmax number and had to leave a message. What is going on.

I signed up for Newsmax+ when it launched and have been problems ever since. I am getting it through Roku and it is being unbearable to watch. I have it on 3 tv's and my phone and it keeps freezing, logging me out or I can't get it at all. Never had a problem with the original accessing and it keeps asking for my password every time I try to watch it. How can I fix these problems is there something I have to download on my computer in order to keep watching it on my tv's. Are you still working on problems.. I am about to get rid of Newsmax all together because I would not pay one penny for something that is not working properly. A response ASAP on this matter would be greatly appreciated or it will be bye, bye Newsmax.

To Rob Schmitt; To one of my greatest news commentators who speaks out loud while everyone ponders speaking up. I’d like to first point out “Russia’s” idea of lambasting Israel for defending itself from a terrorist attack by Hamas. Hamas’s attack on Israel was no different than Russia’s attack on Ukraine citizens as no military bases were targeted. Neither was any power grids or air-runways or the threatening of military structures. Russia simply needs to STFU and go back to its brazen unprovoked attack on Ukraine. Also I hear the cries of the Palestinian people because Israel hit a hospital but they forget how they not only attacked innocent people at a concert but they also attacked people in their sleep in their homes. If I’m not wrong they also hit several hospitals. Was that not deliberate? Palestinians are harboring Hamas just as much as the Lebanese country is harboring Hezbollah. Then on top of it all we have Iran who’s harbored Al-Quida while Afghanistan seems to support any and all of these radical animals. The continued threats against Israel means the world should be intervening in this prospected mass multiple attacks on Israel. Another vicious attack against Israel should worry all the world especially after WWII. The idea that Joe Biden has already told our enemies we have given most of our military and arms to Ukraine is unbelievable. He may as well openly tell our enemies that NOW is a good time to invade America. Oh wait, that’s what’s happening at our southern boarder. After all we have mostly youthful male combatants ready to do for their country. The terrorist threats will of course stimulate a mass fear amongst Americans. Many will fear going out into public much like a stupid virus did which once again shows this administrations desire to keep us from public movement. I’ve done everything instructed but News max keeps crashing on roku. The roku is up to date and I’ve tried uninstalling it and resetting the roku, it constantly goes back to the Home Screen, any ideas?

I consistently watch every conservative media available, and not anyone ever discuss the election vote counting personnel. The vote counters in the states that broke their state laws to sway the election to Biden are still working in the polls as probably a career in order to fraudulently permit democrat victories always. Does not matter which election, as long as democrats win. How can we be sure that there are honest elections coming in our future, especially the all important mid-term.
