The product might be ok but the customer service is the absolute worst. I wish I could give them negative stars. I’ve been trying to redeem my funds for the past 2 months and it hasn’t happened yet. They take ages to respond, and when they do, they just blurt out the process steps without coming to a solution or understanding my problems. I’ve sent two dozen emails, and phone calls don’t help either. I’ve also contacted them on Facebook and Twitter, but with no success.
This company is a perfect representation of yesteryear government babu-like employees who are lazy, do not like to work, will not help the customer at any cost, take no pride in their work, and live ordinary lives.
Give it 10-15 years, and they will all be replaced by bots, and they will be out on the streets. I absolutely hate this company from the bottom of my heart and wish for its downfall.

I want to say that PayTM is one useless app. I have done KYC. First thing I don't understand, why does PayTM want to gather my biometrics while doing KYC while Aadhaar has already done KYC.
Secondly, pertaining to app functionality, even after doing KYC, viz attaching Aadhaar & PAN details, whenever I open app and go to "Add money" it asks me to "Complete KYC". When I click on this, it says, " Great! Go shopping". After clicking on that, it takes me back to "Complete KYC", and here it teaches me a lesson on recursion for the next 10 minutes. THIRD CLASS BULLOCKS APP!!
Then again, in spite having of having money in PayTM, it will show zero whenever I want to make payments.
Don't wanna waste time writing more on bugs in this stupid app.
I use iOS 11, BTW.

Edit 1 -> Oh yes there's one more error I get very very frequently, which interrupts me a lot while making payments - "A server with the specified host name could not be found".
This particular error has landed me in very embarrassing situations in front of my peers when I offered to pay for treats.
This error is shown only on PayTM. No other app on my iPhone has harassed me so much. I use the only few selected WiFi's most of the time.

Last week I tried to add money to my PayTM Wallet but was not allowed pending KYC renewal. When I tried again, it allowed me to add money but this got added to Gift Voucher without any warning or questions. We cannot transfer money from Gift voucher to individuals who are not merchants. Now my money has got stuck in Gift voucher and I am forced to spend it through some transactions with merchants. This is not fair and makes me feel cheated. Also another observation was that I was not allowed to transfer money to someone from my Bank account just because I am using iPhone 6. This is really frustrating! When other apps allow, why is PayTM making it difficult?
