Names sometimes do not show up on their name list to personalize. You should be able to type any name you want instead of scrolling through names, needless step to have to do. After creating a card many times it will not send to an individual by text but will go to email and sometimes neither. I really don’t believe it will go to a phone text, it goes to messenger. If that is the case American Greetings should label their “Share” properly. In short I am only to send or use 50% of the time due to it will not send to all people in my contacts. I then go to my reliable card shack app it it works flawlessly every time and much easier to use.

I LOVE the website, but the app just frustrates me no end. Won’t remember my password and even uninstalling and reinstalling it now jusdt its there blinking the heart/rose thing at me. Making it even more frustrating is that for the iPad you can’t use your external keyboard because the app won’t go into portrait mode. Seems to only be set for iPhones, but lots of us don’t use phones to send our cards and other important commincations. The better apps are programmed to support landscape.

I like the app EXCEPT if you have an issue with something it is impossible to contact any support of any kind. I somehow list the app from my iPhone the first time… couldn’t find how to contact them and if I did I couldn’t provide any information they were going to need… so I paid for the subscription again.. the problem is the subscription does NOT renew until September… but I am being charged now in June for the renewal which I assume was for the original subscription.. no way to reach any support any where on the actual app.. so I have to cancel the subscription… I am truly very disappointed in the customer service or lack of support
