I love love love love OneMomentMeditation. But like I put at the end, it’s not perfect...I love it though. Wish it’d remind me better. The notifications and sound don’t work...could it be my server or phone? It’s a life saver indeed. 🙏🏾
First review ever... I was made to download this by my MBA professor. UGH! I thought....I don’t have time...kids, work, school, training etc... How soon perspectives can change! This one minute mediation grounds me and is simple. Literally one minute. What’s one minute going to do? How can that be productive? Try it an find out. After a week I enjoyed it, after 2 ...I can’t start the day without it. Well worth it!!
At times I wish it could be set for 2-3 minutes but then again this is the one App I try to use daily because it is at least gets me in the mood.
After a little practice, OMM gives me a quick recharge or clearing of the mind clutter. Very much enjoy it.

This is one of the simplest meditation apps I’ve tried. I find the video that is part of OneMomentMeditation to be helpful and relaxing. Sometimes I watch it before doing my meditation, just to help me transition to the right state of mind.
As a physician, (now retired) I often was in the position of helping young physicians deal with the stresses of training and caring for patients. Boroson’s concept, starting “small” with taking just a moment to meditate, is easily acceptable to those who feel they don’t have time for a typical 20 minute or more session. But just as he promises, moments grow! I love OneMomentMeditation and have shared it widely.

Taking a random minute to breathe and relax has become so energizing that it’s almost addictive, it just gives me so much peace and awareness, it changes the mood of the moment and you feel ready to go on.

A great way to get a quick “refresh” on your day in a brief amount of time. This really helps me get away from the computer for a second and check in with my mind and body.
This is a great app, based on core meditation teachings. And yet it is a moment!!! I can sit somewhere and do one moment and everything is different. There is also info and a book if people want to do more and go deeper. I use OneMomentMeditation almost everyday!!
I’ve been wanting to get into the habit of praying every morning. OneMomentMeditation is something I look forward to! It calms and centers me. I then spend a few minutes in prayer. I love that it’s short.
OneMomentMeditation helps me ground myself at a moments notice when I’m feeling overwhelmed. I love how it is only one minute because I can squeeze it into my schedule with ease and not have to worry about taking up lots of time on my busy days.
This is great for myself. Also, it has the video, a warm-up, and cool-down to aid in using with clients. Additionally, the reminder tool is super for helping to take a moment throughout the day. Overall, this has been a great help for anyone of any faith or not. I use it, and I have used some form of meditation for years.
I love this cute app! I do longer periods of meditation twice a day but having OneMomentMeditation to remind me to slow down and pause is wonderful! It’s amazing that one minute can feel longer than you would expect!
Thus app is also great for instilling the meditation habit easily.
