I like that Creditcom is free AND uses Experian. Yes it is limited, you will not see individual accounts, you will not see your report (unless you pay $1). It does give you a “grade” for your debt usage, inquiries, payment history, account mix, and age of credit. You can’t dispute anything from Creditcom , but if you really care about disputing something you will do it with snail mail, certified with return receipt, which is still the most effective way AND least likely way to get your dispute(s) labeled as frivolous (which Experian is known to do).

Other free Apps give a much more detailed summary of your credit report, i.e specific individual accounts, payment history/dates, actual monthly debt ratio, last date creditors’ reported, ETC. In comparison to all the other available free Apps, I just wish this one would offer a bit more, if not at least the same, information.
If you just want a bottom line Experian credit score & a few commonsense recommendations, then I’d recommend Creditcom! Again, I just wish it would offer much more individualized info- even if it were to be a mere summary of such..

Even though it's Vantage 3 and not FICO, this is the only truly free app I've found that gives an Experian score. Don't worry about the difference, Vantage underestimates so the bank won't ever see something lower than what you get here (not a guarantee of course). I would like it if they didn't brand their around-the-web ads as "expert advice" and as others have mentioned, TouchID is becoming a must for financial apps so it would be nice if it were included. Much better than the dedicated pay trap that is the Experian app.

Not much more to say about it. Unlike other people, I don’t care about Touch ID or Facial Recognition. I don’t mind signing into apps “old school” style. I’m cool with the limited information. I just wish it was accurate. I’ve tried multiple credit apps and all, but this one, shows my score has gone up and my debit usage has gone down. Every other shows my DU being 31% or lower, but this one shows nearly 80%. Credit Score is under all other apps as well. All are suppose to be up to date scores. It’s an app you can take it or leave it.

The site is awesome. Really helps you keep track of your credit score and challenge yourself to do get your score up, while showing you how to do it. As of recently, Creditcom hasn’t been letting me log in, saying my email doesn’t exist or isn’t a valid email, but it lets me login on my web browser. All in all, great app.

I really like the new look! Great way to track my credit score for free. I really like the grade in each category. It helps me understand which area or areas I need to do the most work or have room for improvement. I also like that I can compare credit card offers to see which hard has the best deal. Keep up the good work!!

I like Creditcom because it’s straight forward and I can get the information I need. I think this score is actually more accurate that other sites because they give me my experian score. It also has some useful articles that are a good read.

App seems to be fairly accurate, people need to realize scores are only as good as the information imputed by creditors.. and I believe
Creditcom updates monthly.. with that said, Creditcom is and was designed to give you a rough idea where your score is at.. just saying!

I can look at things affecting my credit, but it does not give me options on working to fix it. I can’t figure out how to contact support- it just takes me FAQ lists. It’s good to know this stuff, but what good is it if I don’t know where to start building my credit back? Once you buy the premium membership, there are other things you can buy to “further help” your scores. 🙄 This is completely not what I thought and disappointed at the wasted money.

I Love Creditcom it’s accurate and knows how to do ratings on ur credit. I couldn’t believe that my credit was in the green zone and that’s incredible.
I recommend it to anyone who wants great results without any hassles.

The most recent update had turned Creditcom into a less user-friendly app. You have to input
Email and password every single time (previous version saved email). The layout isn’t as smooth as it was previously either. Hopefully they can fix these issues.

Creditcom is somewhat informative, but it’s very simple and doesn’t give much detail to any real personal credit information such as credit karma. It would be helpful to update more frequently and give a more detailed description to each credit factor.

90% of the time, your rent payments won’t be reported correctly, or you won’t be able to login, or you won’t be able to change your address once you move, and your support tickets will never get real response except for closure notice. This is my experience of using this awful service for four months. Whether Creditcom is good or not no longer needs to be discussed.

I see you only want to give me my "FICO" Type score while credit karma gives me that and my credit file thats updated every week. The free score only gives you a small part of your credit health. You also need to see the credit file. No I'm not a credit karma employee. I prefer to get the full picture to help me

Ok, I like that fact that I can check my Experian score, however it’s not accurate it gave me an F rating for paying my bills on time, and it should be an A, and there is no way to dispute it. But a good tool to check your credit score. Using with along with Credit Karma and WalletHub helps me to get a better perspective of my credit.

Only place to get my Experian credit score. Other apps have the scores from the other bureaus. clean design and easy to use and navigate.

Very limited function, other app allow you to dispute from app, this one does not. Scores are very low vs true average from all 3 credit agencies. I gave it 3 stars for credit education content and simulator. Also next version add finger print option would be nice, to many passwords in our live's.

If only Creditcom had thumbprint security access, I would bump it up one more star to five stars! Great, but it needs that feature added, as do all other apps and security processes!

Creditcom is ridiculously easy to use, It is an absolute necessity if you’re interested in bettering your score or/and planning on buying anything of magnitude where Credit Score plays a roll!

All the time have issues logging in

This free app gives you a pretty good idea of where your credit is at the moment. I understand it does not display the name of accounts nor specific dates of late payments etc. Get your free credit scores from all 3 bureaus for that or pay for it. I gave it 4 stars because it tells me how far off I am. They give you some advice also. I like it! Remember it’s free!
