I can look at things affecting my credit, but it does not give me options on working to fix it. I can’t figure out how to contact support- it just takes me FAQ lists. It’s good to know this stuff, but what good is it if I don’t know where to start building my credit back? Once you buy the premium membership, there are other things you can buy to “further help” your scores. 🙄 This is completely not what I thought and disappointed at the wasted money.

90% of the time, your rent payments won’t be reported correctly, or you won’t be able to login, or you won’t be able to change your address once you move, and your support tickets will never get real response except for closure notice. This is my experience of using this awful service for four months. Whether the app is good or not no longer needs to be discussed.

Other free Apps give a much more detailed summary of your credit report, i.e specific individual accounts, payment history/dates, actual monthly debt ratio, last date creditors’ reported, ETC. In comparison to all the other available free Apps, I just wish this one would offer a bit more, if not at least the same, information.
If you just want a bottom line Experian credit score & a few commonsense recommendations, then I’d recommend this App! Again, I just wish it would offer much more individualized info- even if it were to be a mere summary of such..
