I tried to log into my face book account on the game but it crashed on me, and when I tried to go back into the game it takes me to the loading screen and kicks me out what can I do?

News will not load and the challenge run is stuck on 61 with a crash on every click. Problem has been active for over a week.

The gold count is not increasing or decreasing again. It just goes back and forth between 2 numbers unless I purchase something. Would you please help to resolve this issue? Thank you!
