Game is not working. Half time ad comes on, I push the continue button, goes to home page then instantly flips back to the halftime ad.

I was able to fix the problem of the dark top of screen and app not responding by clearing Safari cache on my iphone

Immediately following an unscheduled update, game won’t allow Season of Legends level award. (level 38). It says that my Internet is down, but it is not. The rest of the game plays normally.

Same here Screen won’t work. The top half of the screen is dark and the touch screen doesn’t work. It works if you are in offline mode, not connected to the internet. Reboot apps multiple time, reconnect internet multiple time, restart phone, nothing work.
Hi. For two days now I've been having problems with a half black screen and then you can't play. Everything is up to date. I have been restarting my tablet. Then I cleared my cache for the game and restarted and the game is working but, I'm back at level 1 and I was on like 503. Now everything is gone. I paid for the season pass and that's gone too. Please tell me this can be fixed. Thank you.
