This is the worst messaging app ever. HelpLightning takes long to load, constantly crashes while typing messages and doesnt allow you to view messages when offline. We are forced to use this at work and its so frustrating that I rather use email instead
I have an account on my PC , which is not very portable so I downloaded HelpLightning . HelpLightning installed but tells me I have the wrong user name or password. I literally used HelpLightning to change the password and it still give me the same error. There is no help button or contact for help on the pc. Ironic for a program that is supposed to help troubleshoot remotely. Do not reccomend.
