Clash of Lords 2: Guild Castle Reviews

Hey everyone, I’ve been playing this game on an off for probably 4 or 5 years. It’s not pay to win, but it really tempts you to pay with all its “exciting events” and whatnot. I’ll start off by saying I still love this game, it is really fun. But today in particular, I had a couple issues that have caused me to write a review. For one, I got a reward from the goalpost for 600k souls, but that glitches and I got nothing. And I was about to evolve an equipment, and it even said it was successful, but it took my 30 equipment shards and didn’t evolve. IGG If you read this.... could you help? In addition, this game has put out a few new features lately, but nothing really but so I would like to see a bit more of that and a bit fewer things that are directed at people who spend money

I’ve been playing this game on and off on IOS for about 5 years maybe more and it has gone so far downhill after certain updates in terms of IOS player base and greed. If these people would’ve stopped adding in new heros and more garbage after they released Battle Square, then they might actually have a playerbase on this OS. Most if not all of the people you play against in the game are Bots most likely ran by the game itself, some even compete with you for say the #1 spot in your continent and spend endless amounts of “currency” to do so.. Lol you people are a joke. The game is setup for you to spend money and there’s no amount of spending that will ever let you win. Let alone catch up. Also ClashofLords2 crashes constantly, want to see? Go to the “see more” in the heros tab and scroll through the heros real quick, guarenteed crash.

I love this game, i’ve been playing this game for almost 6 years now, back since the first edition of the game. I have a few f2p accounts, and it’s made a couple things visible that are a bit of a bigger deal than others.. the one that was the biggest deal (to me) is how hard it is for f2p players to get special glyphs. it takes weeks of grinding to only get maybe 100 shards, and you need 1500. that usually wouldn’t bother me, but the fact that you can only get one or two special glyphs per glyph set kind of bothers me.. it limits a hero’s max by quite an amount, if they player is f2p. Other than that, I love how this game has progressed and i’m excited for the future of the game. Thank you IGG!

The game is the best game I’ve ever played and I’m good at it but I’m too good that is my only problem no one challenges me and if they do they never win but I don’t want to restart I want a once you are at a certain point there is a different island where you can only have a small amount of defenses and the hero’s level are maxed out when their level is low

Cant blame them I guess. Businesses main priority is profit. They do a good job of it. Just wish there was a balance between profiting and game balance. You have to spend to get into a top guild. Have to spend to win events. No way around it.

This games actually pretty detailed/clever. A lot going on and hard to understand it. Youll think the games broken until you learn why X is happening. Regardless this game structure is created and geared towards .01% of players who will spend infinite to have the new heroes (all new heroes counter the fk out of a popular older hero rendering it useless vs spenders) or gear glyphs etc etc.

I basically log in every 100 days for a week or two to collect the free stuff for being gone. Its the only time progression isnt too slow for f2p.

This game is SO fun and I love everything about it. I also love another game you made, Castle Clash. This game is just what I have been wanting. All of that aside, THE GAME KICKS ME OUT EVERY FIVE SECONDS. I log in, it kicks me out. I TRY to watch a video, it kicks me out. I love for this game I just got is swamped in rage about how in two minutes, I can be kicked out of the game thirty times! I have a i-phone 7 and while Castle Clash also is SUPER slow at times, it DOES NOT compare to this. PLZ change this. I’m not sure if this is a problem for me or happening to everyone but plz do something about this.

Part 2: this is now fixed for me and it is my FAVORITE game now so thank you

I’ve been playing the game since it first came out. For awhile I was not good, but after grinding hard for a long time I got my heroes to be really good, especially my stormrider(with a million health and over 60,000 attack). But when you nerfed his stats you completely made him useless. My stormrider went from 60,000 attack down to 30,000 and I extremely upset with that. I worked very hard to get his stats up only to be shot back down.

I've been playing this game for a while now, it's fun and entertaining but lately the constant game crashes while battling are getting annoying. Seems like you can't play it for very long before app just crashes. Some parts of this game have limited opportunities to complete certain tasks so when it crashes during something like that and you lose one of your chances it's really frustrating. Fix the crashing and it's definitely worth more stars.

Update: after trying multiple times to contact support, I've come to the conclusion that they either don't care that it crashes or aren't bright enough to fix it. Or more likely a combination of both! It's quite pathetic really...

When you know how to play and what the strategies are this game is really fun if you go offline for a while and come back you can win amazing rewards. Idk how long it has to be though but I am upset because I had an old account which I can’t access and they can’t help so I’d wish they could try work on getting people’s account to work or even merge accounts with your old one with you new one.

The developers have shown that time after time, they just don't get it. After 4 years, this still has major connection issues and crashes. The response: "we haven't been able to replicate that". Of course not, you idiots. You're connecting direct. Also, when all your players have their skills disabled from the other players' skill, the only button that works is to quit. You not allowed to play. You can't get any stupider than that. So, you end up with very uneven play, and the battle matches are horribly uneven. The head of development needs to be fired. Way too stupid for the job.

It’s been about a year since I have last seen my COL2 main account, the cause of this is because on COL2 you are not aloud to make and account, if you were, whenever you get a new device, you can simply log back in. I got a new phone about a year ago, and lost my 225$ Account. I then started a new one, and lost that one as well. All this can simply be fixed, if IGG makes a “Login” or a “Sign Up” site.

Been playing this game for over 2 years and I keep coming back every day. Easy to play but takes time to master. The negative is that you cannot be a top player without dropping serious change. This is a big negative but I have to give 5 stars to any game that can hold my attention for as long as this one has. Definitely worth checking out.

I had this game before on my old phone. Then I upgraded to the newer iPhone 11. downloaded the game expecting to play again. I got into the game and it would not let me move my view as if it the game was frozen but the little people that are in your village were moving around and it let me tap any of the buildings and upgrade them and interact with them but it would not let me move my view. If this glitch is fixed I will gladly play the game again and I really want to but the glitch is terrible and you literally can’t even play the game bc of it. So it’s two stars until the glitch is fixed.

This game is pretty good, though it is obvious that the creators want you to empty your wallets. Kinda annoying with all the offers popping up. This game is definitely “pay to win”. You can probably become level 100 in one day just by purchasing gems. (No experience required to do that)

I’ve been here for years and the game used to be fair. Now it feels like the creators aren’t putting much effort into making the game fun. It just feels like they’re trying to create more things to bribe players with.

So I love the game, I’ve been playing it before heroes had divine abilities, I remember when pounder was OP. I have one thing though, I use blockhead as my tank and I think he needs enlightenment next where it makes him reflect some damage or something to make him even better! He is one of the only heroes without enlightenment and I think he deserves it because everyone just thinks of him as a hero aid.

I love the game a lot but i think maybe instead of adding constant new heroes add some more stuff for us to do for the people that aren’t top players and have a lot of heroes enlightened its hard to use the new heroes when u get them when u have other heroes that are enlightened i think a lot of people would love to have more to do

I’ve probably played CoL2 for about 5 or 6 years as of now. I think it’s a really fun game once you start to learn it. You have so many things to keep an eye on such as your heroes skills and evolutions and their mercenaries levels. The activities are packed with content and there are many heroes to choose from. I don’t know.. it’s just fun.

A new hero is released just about every 2 months for exorbitant amounts of USD, and every time it annihilates the meta. The game is setup to ensure spenders never feel threatened by f2p’ers. The guy right behind you in continent ranking is getting strong? Just buy a few $50 and $100 packs and you’ll get so many upgrade items, you can probably take the brand new hero you just got from hero lvl 1 to hero lvl 180/nearly lvl 25 enlightenment. The heroes haven’t been balanced since before the Universal Best Hero Aids were Pan Goli with Blockhead. Every new hero after has been pure power creep.

iOS players like myself always encounter problems with this game. They capitalize off the events, basically enticing you to buy jewels. After purchasing jewels, all of a sudden the prizes you expect to get, won’t even be available because of a game error that would take days to fix. And you won’t get reimbursed for the money you spent nor the prize, even after notifying support! I’ve played this game for over 2 years and ran into constant problems without solution. Save your energy, money and stress!

I love this game and I’m VERY addicted to it. The first 14 days of your account you get newbie benefits and the free 3x one is glitched. If you have enough gems and click free it will buy it with your own gems then give you a video and it is VERY annoying. Could you guys just make the free button a whole new button and not just a cover

This is a great game wether you are pay or free to play. it has a lot of different things you can do to get materials and everything you need the only thing I ask is trying to creat classes for guilds some people just want to relax and have fun some are more competitive creating groups with that in mind might help more f2p guys and gals try it out I was free to play until I found this game
