The app is alright but the company is not

The company is so slow with transactions in the age of speed.
Services are bad too over all.
The app is alright it does the job except some minor bugs here and there.
Usability is pretty bad the layout of the app is not great and is not well organized, i was looking for months to find how i can delete one of the check account i have with 0 Dh with no luck.
App was broken last weekend for 2hours , also Monday Morning

App for mobile banking was not working last Saturday !! FEB 29 for almost 3 hours , also on Monday !
Sometimes loading history take a while !
I also faced issue on payments : waiting validation message!
Kindly fixe this issue and allow a payment to go waiting only if you capture all infos & issue an autorisation ! else cancel it within seconds or minutes it shouldn’t remain there on my history !

Doesn't work on iOS 8.4

It says in the description that it supports iOS 8 and up and it most certainly does not. All it does when I open it is show the splash screen for few seconds and then crash... Absolute disaster for such company.
