After the new update all menus are only in Bosnian. It is disappointing to foreigners who use Donesi to no longer be able to access menus in English. You need to go back and forth between other apps to translate menus to know what to order. No longer useful and easy for me to use. I reported the issue over a month ago and customer service did nothing to change/fix the situation.

Anyhow, what seems to be nice idea falls short in service. Being charged in the full amount even order hasn’t been processed due to server error, but apparently money’s flew away. Chat very rude, short brief replies without any resolution.
Calling them even caused bigger dissatisfaction as they just rejected call!?!
Guys, customer experience should be a must!

I have used this app for many many years in the past and i ahieved thr gold rank and nos when the new platform was inteoduced it is as i never made any order and i am not rven a bronze member, please fix that immidiately

Can't believe how limited the order tracking is,plus the delivery took 3x as much time as estimated, if your looking for a delivery service in Belgrade use Wolt

Znam da živim u Srbiji sa stranim brojem, ali zašto to mijenja moju zemlju kada unesem svoj broj?
I live in Serbia with a foreign number but it doesn’t work, it keeps saying my number is from another country and won’t allow me to order.
ne uzimajte ovu aplikaciju, don’t get Donesi .

Katastrofa. Do pre mesec dana bilo je u redu cini mi se. A onda su poceli sa duplim naplatama porudzbina, navodno nije do njih. Regulisem sa svojom bankom, vrate mi sredstva, oni mi opet zadrze sredstva i naplate sve u cilju duple naplate u gubljenja evidencije o placanja. Sad kad se zapitam, ko zna koliko ovo u stvari traje, a ja sam poceo da primecujem pre mesec dana.

Veoma razocaran korisnik, sramotite se zbog par stotina dinara, sram da Vas bude.

When i press the order button, app just crash and quits, and i need to enter again to check my order.. not good. Also, It seems like it's not compatible with dark theme on iOS 13 or big screens. Pictures of food won't load sometimes. Besides that, it's a great app and i will keep using it.

I am using app since 2 years. It works fine for me, but i hate notifications from Donesi . Also, when you recive the notification, you have to open Donesi and check the menu, food orders, etc in order to remove small red baloon that marks notification in Donesi . Please fix that in next version.

The 2nd star is only because the ordered food actually arrives, but looking at Donesi itself it deserves zero stars really. It’s a shame to see such great service which exists for so many years, having such a low quality app, I’m always surprised with just how bad it is...

I’ve used this service a few times and generally it’s quite nice. Delivery is quick, drivers are polite, and the food has been tasty so far from each restaurant I’ve ordered.

However Donesi has a strange bug where it will list... zero restaurants. I don’t know why or how this happens, or how it resolves itself.

I do appreciate that Donesi is in both Serbian Cyrillic and Latin as well as in English. However, I suggest to the developers they add some ghost text to the address form. I didn’t know where to put my building number and other details in there so I put everything in one line. A little extra info for us foreigners would be handy.

Now this app me some eats!!

I will rate Donesi with a higher grade once the developer lets me choose if I want to get reminders and irrelevant promotional notifications on my phone or not. Also the interface looks outdated, an Wolt for example looks and works great.
