I am struggling with the same thing. I open the app and it crashes right away. I have tried redownloading it and restarting my iPhone 12. Nothing works.

When I try to open the app, it closes back down immediately. This is on an iPhone 8 plus.

How to fix CRUNCH app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CRUNCH app on iPhone
Update CRUNCH app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CRUNCH iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CRUNCH on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CRUNCH network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CRUNCH Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CRUNCH not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CRUNCH App
1. On android, goto Settings » CRUNCH » click [Force Stop]

Update CRUNCH to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CRUNCH App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CRUNCH » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CRUNCH.

Fix CRUNCH unable to contact server/ CRUNCH internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CRUNCH » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CRUNCH » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
