The latest release took a fairly good application and rendered it useless on the iPad. LifesizeVideoConferencing insists on being in portrait to access the login and when setting up a conference. When you rotate it to landscape during a call the images end up sideways. An ipad with an attached keyboard isn’t easy to spin back and forth. Use the platform.

Most of my virtual meetings are using Zoom but one of them is using this one. Why isn’t there a Raise Hand or Chat feature on the iPad version? Also, it would be nice for the user to control the screen layout.

Update: I was able to enable the Chat feature but the Raise Hand feature does not show up on my iPad (in landscape mode). I haven’t tried portrait mode.

Downloaded app, signed up, got emails, could not log in app. Could log in on my phones browsers but looks weird. Can log in my home desktop but now I'm not mobile. Called support twice and provided the basic change password, restart app, restart phone. None worked. Support employee was nice but not able to fix the issue, very frustrating as this is the only way I can communicate with my loved one and I have to make sure I’m home waiting for their call now. Please fix this!!!!

My work uses LifesizeVideoConferencing for video conferencing. It seems to work ok just not a lot of features. It would be awesome if there was a feature that you could add background pictures and blur your background. Just a few suggestions to help liven up the meetings etc.

LifesizeVideoConferencing functions well enough and has good features but the audio is A-W-F-U-L! It seems related to how LifesizeVideoConferencing handles noise cancellation. At least with mobile devices, unless everyone on the conference uses headphones or mutes their mic when not speaking, the echo is deafening and makes it almost impossible to carry on. We did a back to back comparison with the competitive app that starts with a Z, and it didn’t have the issue at all with the same people and devices.

LifesizeVideoConferencing is horrible and it seems like it’s being neglected. The UI, just like the desktop application, is horrendous. If you are in a meeting and exit LifesizeVideoConferencing you cannot control the volume. Last, LifesizeVideoConferencing will destroy your battery. A 10 minute audio call, using WiFi, shaves off at least 8% of my battery.

The only reason I am giving Lifesize two stars is because the video quality is pretty.

I’ve been using Lifesize for several weeks. So far so good! I conduct dyslexia therapy virtually. So far only one student at a time. Hopefully I won’t have problems when I add students to groups.

Needs a chat option

Serves it's purpose but I would like to see LifesizeVideoConferencing allow you to use it even if you don't allow video or microphone access. I have needed to join and would like to hear the audio but I don't care for my camera to be on. It forces you to enable camera access.

No we been disappointing it is when I try to use LifesizeVideoConferencing in landscape mode on my iPhone six It always this place upside down no matter if I turn the phone to left or right

Kicks me out after 40 minutes. This began happening about 2 weeks ago. Also, god forbid someone calls you mid-video, you lose the speaker capability and get to ask people to repeat themselves the entirety of the call because now it’s only using the phone volume. Also, glitches when others join the video.

Feels like you’re face to face when using LifesizeVideoConferencing . Super easy with calendar integration. Never miss a call while in the office or in the field. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The developers have clearly done a good job with LifesizeVideoConferencing . It is convinient to schedule meetings from LifesizeVideoConferencing and the listen only mode helps people join in and works great for finance calls.

LifesizeVideoConferencing works fairly similar to the desktop app, however it is a battery killer. My iPhone XS Max will lose 40-50% of its battery in a 45 minute call.

There is also not a button to easily switch audio output from within a call. This would be helpful.

Best conferencing system solution by far!! Way better than Zoom or Cisco. The quality is amazing!

I use LifesizeVideoConferencing quite frequently and let me TELL you. My phone bugs out all the time, it overheats it within half an hour, and it causes so much trouble. As someone who needs to have these meetings, I would seriously recommend you use zoom.

I was told I had to download and use LifesizeVideoConferencing for an appointment. The low rating should have been an indicator.

I create the account. I am prompted to login. My password is rejected.

There is no way to check the password, and no way to reset. This is complete BS.

- clicking the link in the email doesn’t launch LifesizeVideoConferencing no matter what. Did you forget to register your url scheme?
- manually trying to join conference fails after like 3 rings
- no way to join a call without video

I have used this for 2 Client meetings so far and truly really good. Easy to use.

My company uses this service. It is very unreliable — nodes down the other day leading to complete outage — and LifesizeVideoConferencing uses every last ounce of processing on my phone meaning my battery takes a big hit after a conf call. Stay away.

LifesizeVideoConferencing keeps getting better and making meetings easier. The addition of calendar integration tells me when my meetings are about to begin and lets me join with a single tap. What’s even better is it lets me use LifesizeVideoConferencing to launch that meeting in any nearby room that has a Lifesize system in it.

At least you guys are consistent in delivering disappointing user experiences.

In landscape mode with the iPad Pro keyboard... open LifesizeVideoConferencing , purple ‘pulsing logo’ screen loads (for vertical first, then snaps over to the horizontal view - nice first impression of neglected polish)... then the purple pulsing logo screen sits there endlessly. Like it’s breathing, thinking and contemplating ways it can further disappoint and hinder your productivity. Ended up having to cancel a meeting and move it to tomorrow when I’m back in the office and can use my MacBook.

So I have been using LifesizeVideoConferencing for some time now and can easily say this is the best App to schedule meetings. Everything is extremely simple and even people who are invited to the meeting for the first time like using it.

Lifesize is a really nice App, super simple to use. Video conferencing is incredible - and many people from across the world can join in. Sometime it lags on a lower end phone, but LifesizeVideoConferencing has a very solid infrastructure.

A fantastic App with all necessary features loaded yet not bloated like many of the other video conferencing Apps out there.

After the update LifesizeVideoConferencing just crashes upon opening. After two months of back and forth with the help desk, I have been ghosted and still have an app that doesn’t work. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Each time I open LifesizeVideoConferencing on my phone nothing happens. The screen freezes and will never open up. I’ve shut it down, restarted my phone and it still has yet to work.
