You have to watch an ad after EVERY mini game plus after every hidden object scene, plus earning energy and coins 😡you have to play the scene 10 times before it gives you what you’re looking for and you have to get more than one. I have all my stars full in a room and it still hasn’t given me one of the 6 gems I’m supposed to find utter waste of time. I can’t believe it takes 480 diamonds to open a scene 😡 Do you people think I want to finish this game when I’m 80? I’m only 42 you’re lucky you got a star I’m uninstalling this game and mystery society 60 energy a scene GIVE ME A BREAK 🤬

This game is quite fun, but frustrating when it comes to requesting gifts from friends. There is no way to do that because when you click on an item the request screen pops up but does not offer any friends to request the items from. This despite the fact that the game shows I have 75 friends.

I wanted to include a screen shot in the review, but it’s not possible.

Have to open about 6x each time I attempt to play the game as it crashes every time. That alone is very aggravating. Uses to much of the energy which of course limits your time playing the game and also takes to long for the energy to rebuild. Could use some work to become a potential great game.

I say poor visual because I am older, my eyesight is not great. This game does not let you expand the scene to zoom. Also when I click on my hint button, nothing happens. It’s doesn’t point to item or encircle it…but I lose my hint. So I have deleted game through frustration.

I paid to have the ads removed, either the come back quickly or don't disappear at all. What happened to when you pay to have ads removed that I still have to deal with them???

I’ve played this game for awhile not but have never been able to play beyond the first two scenes with the exception of paying a visit to the Living Room and Abandoned Hospital both of which I had to pay game loot paid for by playing and watching ads. When I tap on different scenes, most of them are distant levels. I’ve never really seen levels 3 thru 10 if they exist. If I want to play thr Living Room or Abandoned Hospital again, I have to pay more game loot. I’ve played that forest and that room with the bed every way imaginable from pictures to words to shadows to guess what.
I’m actually beginning to wonder if the game is legit. I am considering uninstalling BlackstoneMysteries.

Still no ad, it’s been days now. Please fix the sponsored ad. I can’t go on like this. It’s frustrating at this point!

This has always been a childhood favorite of mine. The only issue here is that there has been no ad since l downloaded this game. I’m almost deleting it out of frustration. Watching ads help with added energy for the game especially when you advance to higher levels. I have been deprived of juicy gifts all because I don’t have the luxury of watching ads. Please fix this bug issue. Please 🙏😭

This is a fun hidden object game. However, the only in app purchase that worked was my first one 99 cents. The other three I did not get what I purchased. Apple has refunded two, and I will request a refund on the third. Other games are not a problem. I still have the game because I like it. Just wanted to give you feed back on the in app purchase problem.

Good game however not really a purpose/goal to reach. New people should decorate their office w/5 items but think about adding more items comparing your cost with rewards. To be a “good” friend #1-gift daily,#2-what you send as gift I give back, & #3-if you don’t gift do not expect anything in return. I enter Blackstone 5-6x daily, sending gifts as often as possible. I am very disappointed that I have never, EVER received a full “Daily Gift” from the game. I would like to know how their clock works. If you like hidden objects this is fun, but can become boring if having to repeat locations. Playing “Mini Games” are a must if you do not want to spend $.

Please fix a way to continue on working my way across my neighbors' icons w/o it always going back to the first one....every time. Also, can you put the neighbors' icon ON their office so I know which office it is I am on? I cannot keep track who I last visited b/c of that wonky shift back to the start echo time. Otherwise, I love the game.

Still not fixed this yet, after several months of waiting.

Also, please make a version where we are not racing against the clock to find everything. I just want to enjoy the search.

I really love playing this game, but it can be quite addictive! The only thing that would make this better is an instructions link. It's hard to know what is expected of you in terms of items collected, what you can give to friends, etc. also the energy doesn't last long...I would rather pay an upfront fee and have my energy restored daily instead of having to purchase energy.

I’m only gave it 4 stars because I’ve barely gotten into it. But one great thing about it is that there isn’t a lot of clutter stacked everywhere. Makes it much more relaxing! There is one thing I’m confused about, one review I read said you didn’t have to bother your friends on FB (which I hate), that you made “friends” with people already playing the game to trade with. Maybe that will still happen.

I started with Mystery Society. The wait time for emery should be 2 1/2 min max. It does still freeze occasionally but not as bad. I've had a ticket open for forever too. Customer apparently isn't to wonderful if their not ANY advice from CONSUMERS.

I really wish you could advance a little more quickly. It gets tedious playing the same rooms over and over.

I love this game! Some scenes are very easy, yet others can be very challenging! Once I start playing, I can’t stop, and find myself playing for hours!

I really enjoy playing this game. It is one of the best hidden objects games I have played. It has a lot of different games and many levels you can advance to as you finish one level. I really like that it mixes in different styles of games as you play. It keeps you interested.

I’ve enjoyed these hidden object games for years. I recently received much help from Rolltower support staff and just want to let them know how much I appreciate them. Thank you!

I do really like all the variety of things to do in this game and the linked games but my big problem with them is you pay for a lot of things in the game but they still have loud interrupting ads that don't even apply to me , I am pretty sure after a bit these ads will drive me to delete all the linked games and search for something else to play. If I could just pay for no ads I would give it at least 4 stars. I really find it frustrating that ads like the casino ads take my sound away so that the games no longer has sound.

It has been about 45 days since I was Able to play this game in its entirety. Every time I open a room the application crashes. It came after a 'fix' it hasn't been fixed yet. Love the game but can't play it on my iPad. They just released a new one today, still crashes...don't waste your time downloading this one...

Not enough lives when you win, but overall good.
