Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Local Meteo app issues:

Force Stop the Local Meteo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Local Meteo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Local Meteo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Local Meteo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Local Meteo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.

Again, got Local Meteo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
