Maleficent Origins continues to crash after winning level one. Hoped it would be fixed once the next five levels were released, but that seems to not be the case. Please fix as I would love to play the new levels; this game is extremely addictive.
Update: Group 3 of Maleficent Origins has been release aaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnndddddddd STILL crashes trying to load level two of the group 1 levels. The one star is trying to get Techs attention to fixing the problem, otherwise I love the game and would give it 5 stars.
Update 2: last and final series of levels for Maleficent Origins has been released and the game STILL crashes trying to load level 2 of the group 1 series of levels. I guess no one in app development takes a look at the reviews like Frozen Free Fall does. Get it together Maleficent, get it together.

today’s update ended a 3 year love for the game. when I attempted to play today, I was greeted with a notification that the game would now use personalized ads in order to stay “free”. That’s not an accurate
description of the game as it has in app purchases. now it looks to expand its revenue stream with ads. not only will there be ads, but the ads that use your web browsing history and other information to target you. This was supposed to be an option that users could decline on iPhones thanks to iOS 14.5. but there is no way to opt out of it. the notification has one option “accept”. there is no decline, meaning if you want to play the ad you will do so by being forced to “opt in”. Good bye to strong arm tactics like this!
Way to ruin the game

I've been playing this game for years, and the new developer has ruined it. Being strong armed into accepting ads that play after any level you win without the option to opt out or pay to play without ads, which is a common practice in other apps, is deplorable and the worst form of capitalism. It's extortion to force players to watch ads without an option to pay for the app ad-free when there's other in-app purchase opportunities (some even as high as $50). I do believe developers need to be compensated for apps, but give players a choice to have it free and watch ads, or pay for the app to play ad free. I'm done with this game until then.
