We love the desktop version. The mobile app has a lot of glitches & we’re disappointed because we use it on the go often. The query doesn’t find customers & the estimates tab doesn’t show the name of the customer. Everything is guess work. I hope a new & updated mobile version is available soon.

I wish I could have less than one star. What kind of trash book keeping software would delete customer info when forced to update?!?

ProBooks was wonderful! Very useful. Very simple. The dashboard was one of my favorite features since it would keep track of everything I did. Now the dashboard is gone and I’m not even sure which clients are paying or not. Bring it back please. If you don’t want to go back to how things used to be fine but at least give us back the dashboard

I would do 5 stars but I don’t like that it doesn’t let you know about the tweaks when it updates.

That being said ProBooks is perfect for my business and the response when customer service is needed is quick & human!

The latest update is great because I can finally do my bookkeeping in horizontal mode instead of being stuck in portrait mode all the time.

Overall would definitely recommend.

I run my own Mobile DJ business and this is a very user friendly app with awesome features that allow you to insert logos and create a straight forward no nonsense professional document.

Why does ProBooks keep force logging out after leave ProBooks ?

Worked great until IOS updated. No new updates from developer. Don’t download.

I have been with ProBooks since 2015 and grown with it as well. Being someone that has multiple clients and billing needs as well as the need to have a mobile app to do all this - this app has truly upheld the test😊😊 Don't get me wrong, I have issues from time to time, as well as quirky ways that I "manipulate" templates to make then work for how I need, but the amazing thing is... I can. But even more amazing, is the creator and founder of this app, Anthony Chuinard😍❤️ can't say enough about this guy🤙🤙 when it comes to customer service, impeccable and ideas and work arounds? He is like cramming for your business development and application via internet exam project and getting answers and ideas... and hears yours too❤️❤️ love this company/app

Great app for business and billing. Especially keeping track of things with the instant sync from phone to computer. Customer service is always quick and solves all my problems (The few I have had) other than that I love it. Wish they would add in payments section zelle,Venmo,cash app as quick options. Overall 5 star.

Be nice if the billing could be changed a little so I can use it for my Automotive shop bill repairs line added a few lines like make, model, year, vin number. License plate No.

You lost all my clients with your stupid upgrade. Your app was already perfect. Your stupid upgrade lost all the clients I had and their info. WHY??? Your app didn’t need to be MORE! Chill and keep it simple stupids

Pro Books makes invoicing my clients a breeze, they pretty much do the work for you. You just put the information in the proper area and when you preview it it’s all put together!

I just purchased the program and was having “user error” problems. Customer service, I wish I knew the persons name, was EXTREMELY patient with me and walked me through what needed to get done until I was successful. Very personable. I am looking forward to using the software app!

this app is a great tool that makes it simple to send invoices and keep track of payments. The user interface is very professional and allows you to customize the look of your invoice. I highly recommend this application for any business owner that is looking for a simple way to send invoices and receive payments quickly.

I’ve literally tried every invoice app. You can think of on ProBooks Store. This is probably the one that fits my needs the best. I’m very hopeful for ProBooks and growing my business. I’m also looking forward to future updates and hopefully some enhancements. Thank you developer for making ProBooks.

Use on mobile and PC. Keeps me caught up. Love this for the business. Worth it.
