The just dance controller app won’t allow me to enter the pass code. I am able to put the code in but when I presss done the screen just sits there in my phone

The app has been stuck on the loading screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the game over 5 times and cannot get it to work!

Every time Im playing it says my dance moves are wrong when they’re not and it keeps crashing like the screen on the tv goes black I tried deleting and signing in again and it does the same thing
