Retouch Me: Body & Face Editor Reviews

I was skeptical about RetouchMe at first but once I tried it I fell in love ♥️ it is definitely an amazing feature to have especially for photos that just need a slight touchup or blemish removal👌🏽. I think it’s neat how it allows you to practically transform your entire picture with the options of adding multiple features to your photos although I only use for the facial flaws suchas a blurry eye 👁 or scars of any kind etc. it gives your face a clear & brightened look in minutes. I rate 5⭐️‘s & recommend RetouchMe to anyone that loves flawless photos. It even works on kids (which is awesome)👏🏽👏🏽… I haven’t tried any of the other features that allow you to alter your body figure, makeup, hair etc. but I’m sure they are on point as well. The only thing I dislike (well not necessarily dislike) but disappoints me a tiny bit is the fact that we pay a subscription fee that only provides a certain amount of stars ⭐️ which can be easily used up within in a day or few 🤷🏻‍♀️meanwhile still charged a monthly fee. I think retouching should be unlimited once you subscribed to pay monthly vs being limited to a certain amount of stars especially when each feature can cost 10-40 stars per feature, otherwise it’s great so far 👍🏽 you also have the option to choose “redo” if the photo isn’t done to your liking which is pretty cool 😎 I say give RetouchMe a shot I’m sure you will be pleased!

I am so happy to find such useful app as this app!!! RetouchMe does the job perfectly and edits my photos so well and natural! The instructions of using app are clear and I like that I can compare the original and retouched photos. And when you are not satisfied with the results of retouched photo, they always offer to redo it. It's cool isn't it? So this app gives you exactly what you ask for. It can be removing any flaws from the skin, reshaping some part of the body, adding cool tattoos or painting hair with any color. I want to thank for remove object option, as I constantly have to use it for my photos. Using this app you can change the background in your photo and the results don’t compare with any other automatic editors! Sometimes to receive my finished retouched photo takes a few hours, but when I subscribed the speed of processing my orders became very fast and now I takes 5-10 min. It makes me feel more confident in my pictures and now I can’t imagine posting my photos on Instagram without this fantastic application. It is an unique app and one of a kind! I tried many applications, but none even came close to this app in speed, convenience and quality of processing my photos. Nothing can compare to this app! I told all my friends about RetouchMe. This is the best thing ever created!!!

I had some pictures that had background shadows that I wanted removed. I had tried other apps, but the quality of the work was worse than the shadows. I found the ReTouch Me app skeptical that it would work based on my experience with other apps. I tried it out, and to my surprise it actually did what it said it would do! Every picture I sent for editing came back exactly how I wanted it! If you cannot find what you need in the editing/touch up options, you can seen the picture with instructions. They can personalize it. Every time I use this option the picture was what I wanted. I’m not techy, but I have had no problem using RetouchMe . It is as easy as choosing a photo from your phone, selecting the editing options, and sending it. It will tell you how many minutes are left until the picture is ready. When it is ready, click and save it to your camera roll or share it That easy! The credits are very inexpensive and the quality of work is superb and professional! I have used the touched up picture professionally. It’s that good!! I highly recommend ReTouch Me! If I could, I would rate it even higher! Easy to use. Inexpensive. Great results with a quality and professional end product!

I love RetouchMe and it definitely does great with photos but the recent updates are a bit annoying. The for the updates you could edit a photo for 30 credits no matter how many corrections you wanted and your picture was fine but now your credits add up constantly depending on what you want so now you have just been more credits for one photo. Also I feel that the times that it takes for them to get the photos done has increased. When I first started using RetouchMe years ago the photos would be done in no more than five minutes but now you can tell you up to two hours and still not have the photo ready. Lastly, I feel like the editors aren’t as quality as they used to be because I have to edit my photos twice before they make them the way I want it. I feel like the quality of RetouchMe has went down and maybe this is just because I am a long-time user and have seen RetouchMe from the beginning but it is disappointing.

I have used RetouchMe for probably 20-30 photos, but has maybe yielded 10 usable photos, don’t ask me why I continued to use it so many more times?!!
You are absolutely not getting the same quality photoshop as their promotional before and after photos. It seems like they employ anyone who has Gimp photoshop but only knows how to use the warp and blur tools. I know it looks cool that they can change your hair color or give you whiter teeth...you’re going to look like a cartoon! I could give you better results with a box of crayons...don’t waste your money!
In keeping with false advertising, the amount of time it takes to complete a photo is astronomical. They claim it typically takes 5-15 min per photo and sometimes a little longer at peak times. Let me tell you, all 24hrs must be peak times cause it takes on average 7-8hrs!!! That is being generous, I’ve had multiple occasions where it would take more than a day.
On numerous occasions I voted down for the photo, and only had them correct it twice, and it was still bad. Just be prepared to pour that money down the sink when you’re not pleased with the results.
I guess they earned the one star because it is relatively cheap

I paid “100pts” for an individual retouch, and gave specific instructions on what I wanted to edit. I also reached out to customer support immediately to confirm that they could make the changes in a timely fashion. The editor decided to edit the photo however he wanted, adding in a random object that was not requested. Eve Davis is the Support Manager, who is absolutely rude, and instead of working to keep customers, she ensures you’ll never return. I’ve been using RetouchMe for years and have never complained, even when the quality of an edit was bad. This is the breaking point for me though! If I requested an edit and also contacted your support team, and you still have not fixed the issue or sent me a correctly edited photo in 5 DAYS, then I should be privileged to a refund of those points used. However, Eve wanted me to wait indefinitely for the team to get around to addressing me. EVE DAVIS IS HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS YOU CAN SEE FROM OTHER REVIEWS, SO DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME COMMUNICATING WITH HER! I do not recommend! There’s so many great editing businesses out there who will actually appreciate your years of loyalty and will remedy a situation that they failed in.

The artist did a great job restoring an older picture from the 80’s that had been through a house fire. I took on the task of restoring mine and my brother and sisters baby pictures for Father’s Day as a gift to go on an old reclaimed sign i made my dad. I had gotten the picture pretty far but was just stuck and felt like I was swimming in a sea of tutorials trying to repair the picture. Finally I remembered RetouchMe and thought what the heck let me see what they can do. To my surprise they have actually added some new restoration features. They are a bit costly compared to the others but I’m satisfied with the work and I now have a picture to give my dad so I’m excited and I would do it again. LOL actually there’s 2 baby pictures to go so chances are you might see one. However the worst of the 3 looks really good and I’m happy. Thank you!!!

I am so happy to using RetouchMe, nothing can compare to this app. RetouchMe has helped take my photos to the next level! Last update is esthetically pleasing and amazing. RetouchMe is constantly progressing, making many improvements and adding more options to enhance photos. BTW thanks for the new feature Group retouch, it is very useful.
I tried other editing apps the did it yourself ones and have never been good at it or happy with the results.
this app always works great for minor touch ups and edits. Most edits look so realistic and pretty natural. I can always count on RetouchMe to give me that extra boost or edge that I need on my photos. It is perfect for social media. I don’t post any selfies unless it’s gone through RetouchMe. And if my photos are not done correctly, they make sure to fix it the way you like free of charge!
I really enjoy this app and recommend it to everyone.

RetouchMe is good for retouching photos. I’ve used it about a dozen times and had great results three times, mediocre results the other nine times. If you want to change the background they do an excellent job.
RetouchMe does not insert people into your picture. My son had his high school graduation and my older son was in the hospital and obviously couldn’t be there. I wanted to add him to the picture. I used the Photoshop mix app to add him. That app did not blend him into the photo so I saved it and added a background with RetouchMe. Turned out great.
Other pictures I’ve tried were to make people smile (this looks quite fake) and to make myself look slightly slimmer. The slimming ones turned out to be too slim and totally not me so that’s why I’m giving four stars. Great app for backgrounds, dewrinkleing, red eye, and small enhancements.

I don’t know how to use photoshop so this is an awesome alternative when I need some fast photo retouching. It’s amazing what great results you can get almost instantly for pennies at a time with RetouchMe - the designers who have edited my photos have managed to turn countless not so flattering pictures into prints worthy of social media/framing!

I did have one occasion where my photo came back with a curved background which clearly showed where edits had been made. However, I think I just got unlucky with an inexperienced editor, and when I rated the final product as below average, I soon received a new and improved version of the photo with the problems fixed for free from the retouch app without even having asked for it! This was the only time my photo edits were unsatisfactory, so overall, very impressive!!!

The edits can be hit or miss depending on what you are asking for but the good thing is that if you are not satisfied, you simply rate the photo and tell why it is not to your liking and it is immediately fixed. The one thing I wish RetouchMe would have is the ability to type in instructions when sending in photos. For example, there is a remove fat fold option. Well I wanted that fat crease under my arm removed but that is not an obvious place for that fold to be and there was no way to specify what I was requesting and so it did not get edited. Overall a good app and a great idea to easily connect editors to customers. Very quick editing time as well.

No one is perfect love RetouchMe does just enough not to much ty. I would also like to add I don’t know if the designers know how long they are gonna take but it would be nice to know , if they are gonna be longer then 30minutes ,,,Because I’m some occasions photos be needed right away !
It would be nice to have options if we could ask a question before they start to see if they could do something simple on a photo and then charge or however.. some things I don’t see on the format . Other then that I love RetouchMe use it all the time ty...
RetouchMe used to be ok now it takes forever for these people to do your photos . Why would you have a business and it takes 13 hrs for one photo.
Now I have started using is ProRetouch get my photos back in about 7 minutes at the longest...if you need your photos bk in a hurry I don’t recommend RetouchMe at all ... you might be waiting till the next day Ridiculous!!!!

Rating RetouchMe a 2 star out of 5 may be a bit harsh, but i had requested two of the smallest things to be done to one photo and i have been staring at the “retouch” update for over 2 hours. If i had my photo editting system with me, i would’ve been able to do the changes within minutes, maybe even seconds. Unfortunately because i do not have that stuff with me, i read the reviews for RetouchMe and thought to give it a try after not using it for many years. RetouchMe has definitey changed considering it took at most 10 minutes when u first started usinf RetouchMe to fix a photo and they usually always came out fantasic. Very few times did I have a problem. But this is a bit annoying, and should not have to subscribe to RetouchMe in order to recieve 2 very slight changes to one photo. And taking (now) almost 3 hours for it is very frustrating.

I love RetouchMe. I’ve had RetouchMe for almost a year and have used it for quite a few photos. It’s not a filter it’s way better. They’re are literally live people editing your photo 24/7. Their work is great but for any reason you don’t like even something you chose they will fix it for you just as fast as they edit your photo. I have earned credits and used RetouchMe that way but I have spent my own money to get credits and I tell you no lie it was worth every penny. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. I did not get paid to give this review. It’s just very rare when there is an app or a product that delivers as well as this one does so I have to give props where props is due!

I love that you can alter things you might be self conscious of such as smaller booty or full/round face you can edit and alter your pics without taking much authenticity away. Filters can make you less natural than you are. I prefer to not use filters for most of my selfies I like to feel naturally beautiful which I am but RetouchMe enhances small flaws according to the way you choose from natural to more intensive. So thankful I came across retouch me I will be using RetouchMe forever! Yes, the credits can be a nuisance but if you’re not using it for that many images, it should be fine! I recommend the $9.99 package when you do need credits! Amazing app!!!

I was skeptical because a lot of photo editing apps just cause distortion and I’m not a fan of monthly subscriptions on top of having to buy credits but I figured that I would be out of $10 at the most. Although I don’t see myself using this very often (money aside, I feel like someone would develop a distorted view of their appearance bc you can really change your look in this), I have to admit that it’s worth the money. My picture came out the way I wanted it to and although paying for the watermark removal seemed slimy, I can’t blame them for cashing out on something that is difficult and time consuming to do if you’re not a professional.

I’ve used RetouchMe over the past 6 months. The designers will process to my liking half the time. The bigger issue that I submitted ONE photo to be processed the last 5 times and they took over 24 hours to do 2 things! If I had known, I never would have wasted my time or money. It’s been over 26 hours now and I still have a photo in que and the time it estimates keeps fluctuating from 3 more hours to 6!!! It took me 3 days to get one photo back! Another time they quoted 45 minutes and it took 4 hours instead to come back and say they rejected my order because they couldn’t process the edit!! I’m not using RetouchMe ever again. These people also have been rude when I filed a complaint and asked for my money back. Terrible customer service!!! Don’t waste your time, I’m sure there are other apps out there that offer better processing and wait times.

Recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer, the photo I chose to share with family and friends was taken in preparation for my first treatment of radiation. Definitely not my best day, don’t want to scare my family and friends, but want to share my journey, and I still have just enough vanity to care about how I look! 😊 In this case, I needed a full makeover. I like the features with RetouchMe. Super easy to use, just click the options you want and the design team does the rest. Pay a few coins based on the options you want. Took about 5 minutes to process my new photo, and I’m very happy to share this photo with my radiation mask! Thank you!

In my procession wether you are starting out or have it made your photos are expected to look great while still looking like you. I used retouch as a trial because sometimes I’m in a hurry and want to post but don’t have time to retouch the photo such as the circles that tell you I haven’t slept well in a few days...lol I am pleased with the result. I just wish I knows how to earn the coins instead of having to pay for the retouched. My retouched aren’t about being artistic or looming different and I can see where I may use RetouchMe a bit more. That results in the job done by the editor plus it only took 23 minutes for them to complete!

I’ve had great pictures and I’ve had pictures that nothing was done on them, but was charged. Literally a screenshot of the same picture was sent back to me. Nobody to communicate with or ask questions to.

UPDATE: Was contacted by support manager Eve Davis, no they are not lowercase letters for no reason. I was told that because I sent her a screenshot of what was sent to me and not the photo itself that their designers only work with actual photos. Duh! I sent a screenshot of what was sent back to me fool! I had a couple different edits done on this photo, for some reason this particular one couldn’t be done? And I was still charged? I’m not sure if you have the proper title at that company EVE! No more of my funds! DELETE!

In the beginning I was in love with RetouchMe but it’s changed over the months. I am a subscriber and I thought that my order would be processed faster or in priority queue but it isn’t -sometimes it takes almost 4 hours for one photo which is kind of ridiculous-especially if you pay as a subscriber. Also, they removed some of the options for the body parts- you can no longer order intensive..it’s just enlarge which means if it is not large enough you have to go back and buy use more credits for another enlargement. They have removed too many of the features and kept a lot of useless ones such as the accessories (those are such a waste no one really would pay for those when you could do those and other basic app). The work is good, not as it once was, but the extra costs, the removal of some features and the wait time even while being a subscriber is disappointing. And yes, I have rated some of the work as “bad” for a re-do and the pics still come out bad at which time you cannot take any other action but to accept it, so basically “take it or leave it”.
