I cannot install the PBSC app on my Android phone, via Play Store. When I click Install, nothing happens. Are you able to provide me assistance so I can install the app on my phone

When I open the app, it is as if I am some where in Spain and when I find Monaco where I live the bike stations are not shown on the map. It is as if it wants me to login but when I try it say error. I have bought for one year

I am unable to download the app. It keeps telling me to try again and won't even download. I tried downloading another app for something else to test it and it worked so I am not sure why I can't download this one.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PBSC app issues:

Force Stop the PBSC App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PBSC app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PBSC to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PBSC App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PBSC app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PBSC.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PBSC » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PBSC » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
