Workboard for iPhone Reviews

First thing I look at in the morning to see how to best plan for the day and what meetings I have for the day. I can quickly decide if it’s a good use of my time to keep upcoming meetings based on their agenda, or if I should spend time prepping and adding to agendas - which I also do right from Workboard .

Workboard has also made it really easy to give myself reminders, and manage my personal to-do list and work to-do list all in one place.

So excited about the this app app! Really makes checking notifications and adding action items easy. Also love the layout! Overall great app that I use every day!!

I love this app, but the iPhone app has issues.

Each time you pull up today’s tasks, you need to refresh the day multiple times, because each time you add or change a task, it goes back to a dated older task list, that you have to again refresh.

Also if I were to go to “my work” cant filter on the iPhone, the screen just doesn’t fit all the filter selections.

To be honest, I use Workboard just to add tasks in the go, but use my iPad or laptop to look at everything holistically and to prioritize.

Love how fast i can add action items in the new version!! Awesome improvement WoBo!

New version crashes on every attempt to open.😕

For a very long time, I had been looking for a flexible, collaborative, real time app for everything from complex project management to simple to-do lists. this app is it! I use it at work and at home and love the intuitive nature and feedback it generates when I complete projects. The best thing I like about it is that it allows you to create teams of people to assign to or share items with and it notifies you when someone makes an update to an item. I keep it open all the time. Challenge solved.

I've been this product for a few weeks and enjoy it. I been carrying around a small pocketbook jotting things I need to do, which requires a pen. But this electronic interface allows me to do the same thing. I like the different "streams" and how I can prioritize and give a status on things I need to follow up. The interface is intuitive and clean.

Was really excited to use this. Downloaded Workboard but it never asked me to register my email and password so can't open Workboard . Read other reviews that had same challenge but was willing to chalk it up to user error. It's not. Don't waste your time downloading till the bug gets fixed...its a big one. Disappointed!

P.S. Just figured out that the trick was to register thru the sponsored link on Facebook. You cannot register thru Workboard Store. You might want to fix that.

We been using this app for last 6 months and it has changed our company. We can't live without it. With new version on iOS I don't have to go to back to get things done. User interface and performance is very good.

this app helped our team hit our q1 goals... the goals and progress were always in view and we felt a huge sense of accomplishment for each week we were in the "green"!!

Love how easy it is to add my team and coordinate work! (Looks like they have added more functionality to iPhone because I was able to easily add team and invite people).

Best features:
1. Adding action items for myself and others was very easy.

2. Seeing work status and late items is really simple -- you can view by team member, workstream or your own work.

3. The notifications are awesome, I know what's going and can follow through anytime.

Awesome for keeping track of my goals and action items on the go. Really excited to do some meetings and 1on1s on mobile as well.

Very good update, much improved screens, better UI, easier to navigate between action items and team views.

Exploring the teams section of Workboard makes it crash every time. Going through it on my computer is much easier and faster.

When paired with the desktop version, this is an unbeatable dashboard for communication, delegation, clarity and efficiency. A dream come true!

Great app--in real time! Having all our project info in one place is making a positive difference in my day.

Downloads and runs but does not let you register. It wants you to enter your user name and password ---- but if you have not created one ?!?! Or been allowed to creat one yet.

Don't bother downloading it till they fix the bugs - it's useless if you cannot log in
